Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making surface good complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone agg as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 but except stone complete all as specified.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 brought upto courses complete all as specified & directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum despression from a straight edge held against the surface not exceeding 40mm dressing on sand stone complete all as specified.

M & L for forming embankments incl raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick watering ramming / rolling & finishing to reqd shape etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 300mm compacted thickness of small boulders 20-40mm / moorum spread levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for compacted 200-400mm thick gravel (5-10mm) at back of walls & raising to the required level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for hand packing 300-500mm thick of broken stone or boulders (30-40mm) at back of walls and raising to the required level all as specified and directed.

M & L for compacted thickness 200 to 300 mm using coarse Sand (2-4mm) filling at back of walls & raising to the required level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PVC/HDPE 250mm dia pressure rating 10kg/cm2 perforated pipe including jointing with solvent as per manufacturers instructions for drainage as in random rubble masonary/ RCC retaining wall complete all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for impervious layer of durable plastic sheet in RCC / stone masnory below perforated pipe to retain the water to percolate in the foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for stone pitching laid dry hand packed tightly and grouted in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; complete all as directed.

M & L for RCC (Design Mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement complete all as directed.

M & L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; complete all as directed.

M & L for RCC (Design Mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia and mesh size 12 mm fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm (Spread thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specifeid.

M & L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM), with 20 mm graded crushed aggregates using stone dust as binder (As per approved designe Mix) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

Applying a tack coat @ 10 kg per 10 sqm using cutback bitumen as primer all as specified and directed.

Preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder content laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) all as specified & as directed.

M & L for premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder content laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness more than 75mm) all as specified & as directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep & removing n.exc 50 metres and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100mm thick of agregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa. Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 800-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete, tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 & complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm prime and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' for 100mm thick pavement all as specified and directed..

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B'bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm gradedc agg as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) all as directed.

M & L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide

M & L for hardcore with broken stones of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & as directedby Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping / benching etc including necessary formwork / moulds complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified & as directedby Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded machine vibrated of approved colour with grey pigment cement and pattern of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in paths over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing stainless steel round road delinator having reflecter type red/yellow colour in plastic body protected in side polycarbonated sheet, protected with powder coated wiremesh cage system mounted as approved by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing reflective type cat eye having colour red/yellow to a side, casted aluminium alloy of size 100x100x20 mm with built in steam of suitable length for fixing with protected inside as approved by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and applying prepration of new or previously treated surface and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement (Bitumenous surface) and like using thermoplastic paint with 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material @ 8% of glass beads using special applicator machine incl cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning of road surface of all dirts, seals,oil, grease and foreign material etc in accordance with applicable specification complete all as direction by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC,1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as In sub base complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, stopped ends etc.complete all as specified.

All as per item No 60 here-in-before add or deduct for each 25mm grith or part therefore over or under 30Cm ditto complete all as specified.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 brought upto courses complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random rubble walling uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work in fencing posts and sturts complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel angle iron in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

Preparing of new surfaces of steel of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as directed as in repair complete. Note :- Each line of wire to be measured.

Taking down old unserviceable LT/HT over head conductors alongwith insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old userviceable HT steel tubular poles alongwith base plate, tapper plug etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable street light fittings, brackets, clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old serviceable LT steel tubular poles along with base plate, tapper plug etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable stay assembly alongwith insulators and stay wires complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia to earth wire on HT/LT poles for fabrication of cradles hexagonal / rectangular guards out of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for structural steel work in replacement of existing unserviceable cross arms, brancings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or not drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including one coat of primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminim paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, final taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified, type 410 SP-31 of size (9 mtr long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30 cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Earth work, excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective items).

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, final taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified, type 410 SP-55 of size (11 mtr long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30 cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Earth work, excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective items).

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bottom of pit in bed concrete of poles complete all as specified.

M & L for shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia 75mm height incluyding galvanized mild steel strip of size 31x3mm, size 12mm dia insulator bolt washers and nuts complete all as specified.

M & L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255 mm dia working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

M & L for stay assembly complete using stay rod of 20mm dia 180 cm long, stay wire of GI 7/4 mm stranded, stay bow, stay clamp complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 01 of MES SS Part-I (loop type insulator, excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for loop type insulator porcelan white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm clearance of holes 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT / LT over head line including aluminum / steel binding wire with mechanical device, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rules including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE : Total amount of credit i.e, Rs 4,39,143.00 as per Sch of credit for page No. 27 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at contract sum.
