The above quoted price is a Single Lump-Sum EPC Contract Price inclusive of complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handing over as per Employer’s Requirements. 2. The quoted price excludes all taxes, duties, GST and all other statutory obligations applicable at the time of submission of bid. 3. Payment shall be made strictly as per milestone schedule defined in the Contract and subject to certification by Engineer-in-Charge. 8.
