REPAIR TO EXTERNAL PLASTER AND CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT DOMESTIC AREA AT AFS KUMBHIR

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with LW + @ 200ml/50Kg of cement on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ)

Supply only LW + confirming to relavent IS MAKE : Dr. Fixit of M/s PIDILITE INDSTURIES or equivalent

Complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing surfaces of any description over 10CM width or girth and applying two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of weather coat as throught base coat over a coat of exterior anti fungal wall primer and two coats of additional exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of weather coat as in patches of different colours for making Camouflage pattern all as specified and directed. (Note :- Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall of any description over 10CM width or girth for applying two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of weather coat as throught base coat over a coat of exterior anti fungal wall primer and two coats of additional exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of weather coat as in patches of different colours for making Camouflage pattern all as specified and directed. (Note :- Camouflage pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall of any description over 10CM width or girth and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of weather coat including one coat of emulsion primer all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preparation of old zinc or galvanized CGI/PGI roof sheet surfaces of any position over 10cm width or girth by scraping completely and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.
