Pipe having ISI mark and of approved quality as per the drawing, with a 12mm thick GI flange and Table E dummy Flange suitable for 65mm heavy duty C class pipe at the top of the post and 75mm x 40mm C channel welded on the top of the flange with bolt holes to fix the lamps and fixing 2 Nos clamp made out of 50 x 6 mm GI flat at the bottom using 8 Nos 12mm stainless steel screws and fixing the pole on the top of the roof by drilling concrete through roof slab along the side of the pillar up to 60 cm length downwards.The post is to be painted with two coats of best quality industrial epoxy paint over two coats of industrial epoxy primer .Cable entry provision by inverted Y arrangement d at the top making good the damages by filling the hole with 1:1.5:3 concrete mix , plastering ,colourwashing etc complete

Modifying the existing 50 mm pipe suiting 20 W LED street light luminaire .The existing clamp and pipe is to be painted with two coats of best quality industrial epoxy paint over two coats of industrial epoxy primer.

Fixing departmentatally supplied Thermoplastic polycarbonate Cable Junction Boxes IP 65 with Terminals and accessories using suitable size Stainless steel Bolt and nut, giving necessary connections, making good the damages etc. as required.
