PROVN OF 02 NOS MULTI-TIER ARTIFICIAL ROCK CASCADE WATER FOUNTAINS INCLUDING ALL CONNECTED CIVIL AND E/M WORKS AT ITM MUSSOORIE UNDER GE (I) RND DEHRADUN

Providing and constructing a decorative multi-tier cascade type artificial rock water fountain, comprising excavation in all types of soil, disposal of surplus earth, providing and laying PCC levelling course, RCC foundation, base slab, vertical walls and stepped platforms including formwork and reinforcement, masonry backing for formation of cascade profile, cement plastering to all surfaces, development of artificial rock finish including hand sculpting and texturing, fixing of natural stones/pebbles/boulders for aesthetic appearance, providing waterproofing treatment to all water retaining surfaces, finishing of basin and water channels with approved waterproof coating (including coloured finish with mossaic tiles incl epoxcy grout etc), coping/edge finishing, backfilling and dressing of surrounding area, including all leads, lifts, labour, materials, T&P, curing, and incidentals, complete in all respects, as per site conditions and as shown in drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Item excludes all E/M works such as pumps, pipelines, nozzles, lighting, filtration system, etc.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of three phase open well ISI Marked submersible pumpset of 1.5H.P. capacity suitable for operation on 415V(+-10%), 3- phase AC supply compatible for operations on dynamic variable frequency / speed having IP 68 Protection including providing required nos of heavy duty M.S clamps made of flat iron and suitable size top cover made of suitable thickness MS sheet as required and making of flexible IP68 cable connections etc. complete of suitable head and discharge etc. complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing DOL starter suitable for upto 1.5 HP 3 Phase Openwell submersible pump set complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels/slops/gradients etc. complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The disturbed surface of roads/paths/plinths etc. shall be repaired and quoted rates deemed to include this aspect.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm confirming IS 5820 :1970 ,ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade 15 mm bore with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site including taping from existing connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.
