Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified.

Supply and fix pre-painted Galvalume (Al-Zn alloy coated steel) corrugated or trapezoidal profile sheeting of 0.50 mm total coated thickness (TCT), of approved colour, having minimum yield strength 550 MPa conforming to IS 15965 / AS 1397, in roof coverings, side claddings, and eaves boards at all heights and slopes, comprising: hoisting, cutting, aligning, and overlapping sheets; fixing to structural steel purlins or runners using corrosion-resistant self-drilling, self-tapping screws with integrated EPDM washers conforming to AS 3566 Class 3; sealing side and end laps with approved butyl sealant tape, complete all as specified. Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc.500m and n. exc. 1.5 KM incl removal of finishes up to mother slab complete all as specified

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Material and labour for elastomeric waterproofing coating with single-component polyurethane-based liquid membrane on RCC slabs, podiums, sunken areas, and parapets, at all heights and levels, conforming to ASTM C836 and IS 3067, comprising: cleaning, grinding, wire-brushing substrate, and routing cracks; applying one priming coat of polyurethane primer; applying multi-coat single-component moisture-cured polyurethane liquid waterproofing membrane by brush, roller, or airless spray to achieve minimum 1.0 mm dry film thickness (DFT); curing by atmospheric moisture reaction to form a seamless, monolithic elastomeric barrier; execution strictly through manufacturer-authorized applicators, complete all as specified. (Note: Rates include mechanical surface grinding, de-dusting, crack treatment up to 2 mm with polyurethane sealant, polyurethane primer coat, multi-coat application to achieve minimum 1.0 mm DFT, coving/fillet reinforcement at junctions with non-woven geotextile/fiberglass mesh, vertical flashing upturns up to 300 mm, staging at all heights, and 72-hour continuous water ponding test. Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap-grid framework for suspended false ceiling forming modular grids of 605 x 605 mm, at all heights and levels, conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, comprising: extruded aluminium main runners, cross tees, and perimeter wall angle trims with minimum 15-micron architectural anodised finish (IS 1868); suspending framework from RCC soffits or structural steel using 4 mm diameter GI suspension rods with adjustable level clips and metallic anchor dash fasteners; interlocking grid members to true lines, ready to receive ceiling tiles, complete all as specified. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified
