Demolition of marble / precast work in cement mortar above ground level up to all floor leval including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all lead and lifts as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . The rate inclusive of Malkhana, royality, octroi, toll tax,GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, royality, octroi, toll tax,GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 20mm (twenty millimeters) thick broda White makrana marble table rubbed and polished in flooring laid over 20mm (twenty millimeter) thick base in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement is to three sand) including jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (one white cement is to two marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble etcetera up to all floor level, complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidental. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax ,GSTor any other taxes imposed by the Government.
