Design, Consultancy and Prepration of DPR/BOQ for buildings along all Architectural Plans/ Survey/ Soil Inverstiagation/ Structural drawings for approval and Providing all working drawings i.e. architectural, structural, service drawing and layout, including vetting of Drawings as per the directions of Engineer Inchagre.

Detailed topographical survey using DGPS and ETS for preparation of detailed site plan showing all existing features like buildings, drains, electric poles, service roads, footpaths, boundary walling etc. on the site plans with suitable colour identifications to a suitable visible scale.

Conducting of borehole investigation test including drilling of borehole, collection of disturbed/ undisturbed soil samples, recording of soil strata, ground water observations, conducting field tests (SPT where required), laboratory testing of samples, preparation of bore logs, and submission of geotechnical investigation report complete in all respects
