SCH A PART-I: STRUCTURAL REPAIRS Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 01 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper or by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign matrials , loose concrete/aggregate etc and washing down with water as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally hooking ends and binding with welding with run weld of necessary length lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and directed

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally hooking ends and binding with welding with run weld of necessary length, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and directed.

The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm and complete all as specified and directed. Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed. The micro concrete shall have a minimium 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa, minium tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimium flextural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days and complete all as specified and directed. M & L providing reinforced cement concrete M30 Design mix( using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in chajja, facia, railing and parapet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 5mm thick plastering in Cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia, railing, RCC wardrobe etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of sides and soffits of beams, lintels, floors etc. for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works n.exc. 200mm thick etc for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to fins, facia, louvers. parapet, chajja etc for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

SCH A PART-II: SPECIAL REPAIRS M & L Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar(1:6) including dismantling the old unserviceable floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic colour tiles of 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick in skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling the old unserviceable floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even including taking down old unserviceable plastering complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old unserviceable plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces in ceiling and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old unserviceable plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L surface preparation by mechanical means to remove all loose particles, laitance, oil and grease etc and treating and finishing the sunken portion of water closet area by sealing the edges of holes through which sanitary pipes are entering the sunken portion, using seal tape and grout the gaps using a non-shrink cementitious grout, providing 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 with and including water proofing compound. Apply first coat of WPC (cementitious product with acrylic emulsion polymer as binder using in the sunken portion. Immediately cover all the angle fillets with a 150mm wide strip of open woven glass fiber mesh of 2mmX2mm. Apply the second coat of WPC after the first coat dries completely and allow it to dry completely, providing necessary connection items suitable for water closet and providing lime concrete complete all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

SCH A PART-III: ROOF TREATMENT M & L applying water proofing treatment with the following stages/specification, complete all as specified and directed. STAGE 1:- Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n exc 2Km, STAGE 2:- Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq meter complete all as specified and directed. STAGE 3:- 10mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 over green neat cement slurry to receive roof treatment and finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound(ratio WPC and cement as per manufacture instructions) as in grading to RCC roof surface complete all as specified and directed. Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). STAGE 4:- Applying tack coat of priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material STAGE 5:- M & L Water proofing roof treatment, consisit of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 4mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm. STAGE 6:- Applying tack coat of priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at bottom of the membrane as bonding material STAGE 7:- A coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, and one coat silver paint on it all as per manufacturer's instructions

SCH A PART - IV : E/M PART Taking down carefully old existing batten/PVC casing capping (or) conduit point aluminium/copper wiring i.e light, fan, Bell, socket including batten/ casing/ conduit,switch boards, laminated sheets, round blocks, MS Sunken boxes, light fittings/holders of any type, other fittings & fixtures and making good the disturbed surfaces, walls, floors and stair cases complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1100 Volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size concealed in wall including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of modular metal fush box module include modular white cover plate with frame top cover for housing switches sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

Taking down u/s ceiling/exhaust fan and opening the body cover of ceiling fan/exhaust fan, any type, any make and cutting the existing winding without damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxiliary and main winding, and removing old damged bearings of any capacity and fixing new bearings, varnishing and baking complete and soldering new lead of copper wire three core cables of size 23/0.0076 testing, refixing and commissioning complete including transportation from area of AGE E/M Goa to workshop complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes (Note:- Ball bearing should be measured & paid seperately in given schedule item)

M & L Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc and dismantling of ceiling fans of any make, any sweep from the site , keeping aside in store yard in safe custody for servicing , greasing including replacement of old and unserviceable nuts , bolt, rubber seal, bush, bearing, capacitor, split pin and reassembling the fan complete including fixing /hanging only ceilng fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Exhaust fan steel body 450mm sweep, 1400 RPM suitable for working on 230V, 50Hz, AC, SPN supply complete with louvers & frame fixed with suitable size GI bolts, nuts and washers duly grouted and connecting up with 0.75Sq.mm size 3 core PVC insulated flexible cable with multistranded copper conductor from ceiling rose to connector of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic 250mm sweep, 1400 RPM suitable for working on 230V, 50Hz, AC, SPN supply complete with louvers & frame fixed with suitable size GI bolts, nuts and washers duly grouted and connecting up with 0.75Sq.mm size 3 core PVC insulated flexible cable with multistranded copper conductor from ceiling rose to connector of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing after taking down of Exhaust fan 250mm sweep and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose / connector to fan and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing after repairing the old one and connecting electric geyser of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC connection pipe 18 inches for electric geyser of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs MCB distribution board, double door CRCA steel sheet enclosure powder coated, TPN 12 Way as in replacement with 200 Amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx60xm thick buried directly in ground(earth) pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or wireof size 4mm earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I connected earthing test point/panel all as specified including GI PCC earth chamber using PCC(1:3:6) Type C-2 using, graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick cast iron frame, precast RCC cover stab using 1:2:4 cement concrete type B-1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm both ways and suitable handle of 10mm round bar, funnel and wire in esh excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.
