Upkeeping of Checkpost by engaging one unskilled labour per day for checkpost including daily brooming and weekly mopping of floor in the control room, cleaning of glass panes/ wooden panels of window/ door shutters, furniture, window grills etc of control room etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all consumables like brooms, detergents, phenyle etc.

Upkeeping of weighbridges by engadging two unskilled labour per day for each weighbridge including daily brroming and weekly mopping of floor in the control room, cleaning of glass panes/ wooden panels of window/ door shutters, furniture, window grills etc of control room, cleaning of weighbridge platform, load cell, its support structure, approach to the platform, spillage coal from under the platform etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all consumables like brroms, detergents, phenyle etc. (Two Labours to be deployed either in single shift or one labour each in two shifts as per convenience of the EIC).
