PART A:Drilling of D.T.W. (350 MM X 200 MM) N.B. Drilling of bore hole 55.88 cm dia through any kind of soil by adopting any method of drilling (By Direct or Reverse Circulation Rotary Rig) upto required depth including digging trenches and pits etc. all complete. Upto 30 metres below G.L.

Beyond 30 metres and upto 60 metres.

Labour charges for lowering of ERW MS pipes, strainers,blank pipe etc. and fitting, fixing and jointing of tubewell assembly at site by welding as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. 200 mm NB Bottom Plug.

Supply of approved quality pea shaped Gravel of 2 mm to 4 mm size and Gravel Treatment of Tubewell including screening, washing, cleaning etc. of the Gravels at site complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. For sites up to any distance beyond 4 km from all weather metal road.( For South Bengal District )

Development of Tubewell with 150 psi, 300 cfm Air-compressor and 2.5 cusec discharge capacity Vertical Turbine pump and carrying out step-drawdown test, yield test, verticality test and other tests as per prescribed method and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including arranging, installing all equipments and testing instruments as required at site and dismantling the same after successful completion of tests, all complete. Depth beyond 120 metre and up to 200 metre.

Making slots of 75 mm x 1.60 mm size with a minimum clearance of 4.70 mm in between two adjacent slots over the outer surface of 219 mm OD ERW pipes (to be issued departmentally) in 10(ten) rows (each row consisting of 96 slots) per metre length of ERW pipe with a clearance of 25 mm in between two rows as per drawing and specification including smoothening the edges after slotting, cost of transportation of ERW pipes from Departmental Store to Workshop and back to drilling site, loading, unloading and carrying by head-load where necessary both ways, all complete.

Electrologging of bore hole of different dia tubewell for locating water bearing strata and saline aquifer, if any, after conducting relevant geophysical tests. All test reports, compiled data and raw data sheets should be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge (Cost is inclusive of all charges for equipments,labour, data aquisition & compilation of data sheets as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including completion of data.)

Mobilisation charges for transporting upto site including loading, unloading of all plants, machineries & equipments required for drilling, development and testing of Tubewells and also the cost of construction temporary roads over field and/or culverts, repairing existing roads and/or culverts all complete, carrying materials on head load, carts or boats as the case may be :- For sites up to any distance beyond 4 km from all weather metal road.

Add GST @ 18 % on item no:-1-8.

Add Labour welfare cess @ 1 % on item no:-1-9.

PART B:-Repairing of pump house:- Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repair or replacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mending good all damages complete. (concrete and brickwork for mending damage will be paid separately). Upto area 2.5 Sq m .

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height nd in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drain in all sorts of soil ( including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone ) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 M as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches leveling dressing and ramming the bottom , bailing or pumping out of water etc. as required completes ( ) not required shoring. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete(mix 1:2:4) with approved graded stone chips (20 mm. size) excluding shuttering and re-inforcement if any, in ground floor. Pakur Variety

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approvedthickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor up to 4 m.Tor steel/Mild. Other than SAIL/ TATA/RINL Steel.

Brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 6) with first class bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete. In foundation and plinth.

12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) in ground floor including, scaffolding, racking out joints etc. complete.

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment]

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc. ) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor) [excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. With ( 1:4 ) cement mortar . 10 mm thick plaster.

With ( 1:6 ) cement mortar. 15 mm thick plaster.

With ( 1:6 ) cement mortar. 20 mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, floor, drain ,door and window sill etc.

M.S. works in framed gratings of window etc.made of round or square bars and frame work or M.S. flats (with the bars securely fixed to the flat bar frame) with or without intermediate flat bar stiffener and fixed with necessary screws etc. complete, as directed. In ground floor.

Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above.

Extra for work in grill gate. For hanging and locking arrangements including supply of materials and labour complete. 15% extra over the corresponding item of grill

Providing waterproofing treatment over concrete roof surface (old or new) by the application of two coats of slurry prepared with latex of approved brand, water and cement in the proportion of (LP.W. Cement - 1:4:6) by volume, with brush in a time gap of minimum 4(four) hours to 14(fourteen) hours between the two layers, laying 20mm thick and sand and cement consolidated plaster (1:4) admixed with Plastocrete Super of approved brand 0.2% by weight of cement, laying flat 1st class Brick Bats / Bricks over the mortar keeping a gap of 10-20 mm between two bats, filling the vertical joints with the aforesaid mortar, providing a second layer of 20 mm thick sand and cement plaster (1:4) admixed with Plastocrete Super as above over the brick layer, the top surface of the treatment should be chequered to provide the antistrip property. By Bricks (cement 25.66 kg/ Sq.m) .

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per anufacturer's specification. InGround Floor .

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.

Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface if necessary. On timber or plastered surface. With other than hi – gloss of approved quality.Two coat(with any shade except white)

PART C:- Repairing and maintenance of WTA system:Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. (a) In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 mtr. In ground floor.

Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per design section and alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) upto a depth of 1500 mm all sorts of soils including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed. Cum 99.01 The item includes necessary trimming of sides trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc. ) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor) [excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. with ( 1:6 ) cement mortar . 15 mm thick plaster.

With ( 1:6 ) cement mortar . 20 mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, floor, drain ,door and window sill etc.

Repairing of leakages in color joints of R.C.C pipe line by opening the joints fully by chipping out the old mortar, cleaning the pipe recesses and collar properly, and there after positioning and leveling the pipes and collar, filling the annular space of joints with jute breading dipped in cement slurry and grouting with 1:2 cement mortar mixed with approved quality water proofing compound ( 5 % by wt. of cement ) and curing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 225 mm dia. R.C.C pipe .

Bailing out of water from excavated trenches that comes out from the leakages/burst pipe line during repairing works of minor / major leakages and replacement of damaged R.C.C. pipe/tee/bend and chockage clearance of R.C.C pipe line etc. by means of bucket or any other means necessary and to make the excavated trenches suitable for repairing works etc. of pipe line. 150 mm dia CI NTP/TP/Alfa-Alfa valve.

Fitting and fixing of M.S. / G.I. / C.I.accessories and special in pipe line (accessories & special to be supplied departmentally) including supply of jointing materials viz.rubber insertion, nuts & bolts, havoc Zink (Zink Oxide) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 150 mm dia CI NTP/TP/Alfa-Alfa valve.

150 mm dia MS riser pipe.

Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not 2 exceeding 225 mm, including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer Cum 66.01 complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished .quantity of work.)

Laying of P.V.C. pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve / straight line using P.V.C. fittings, viz. Bend, Tee, Reducer etc. and making leak proof joints with couplers after roughening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipes, fittings and solvent cement to be supplied by Deptt.) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 200 mm dia.

Taking out the condemmed 150mm dia. N.T.P/T.P/Alfa-Alfa valve from 150mm dia. M.S/G.I pipe of existing spout chamber by careful chiseling with least disturbance to the existing system of structure upto required limit and fitting fixing of new one with150mm dia. M.S/G.I pipe in proper position of the spout chamber using havoc Zinc jute so as to make the joint leak proof including mending good all damages and returning back the condemned materials at store as per direction of E.I.C.

Add 3 % for remote site condition except item no.- 39,40,41,51.

Add GST @ 18 % on item no:-39- 54.

Add Labour welfare cess @ 1 % on item no:-39-55.

PART:D : MS connection:-Instalation of submersible electro motor pumping set of following capacities by using necessary requisite, tools and plants by lowering the same within the tubewell housing pipe upto the following depth as per direction by fitting, fixing column pipes and other accessories, fixtures with necessary nuts, bolts and washers and suspending the entire assembly of pump set vertically by fixing the same supported by M.S. clamps over the top of housing pipe, binding the motor cable with each column pipes and drawing cable upto pump controller/starter point including opening out of the top cap of housing pipe of the tubewell and testing of motor both in loading as well as in unloaded condition before and after installation of the same. (The rate is inclusive of hiring charges of tools & plants.) 100/150/200 cubic metre her hour capacity electro motor pumping set. Length of pump assembly of any length exceeding 18 metre length.

Withdrawal of electro motor submersible pumping set of following capacities from within the tubewell housing pipe of the following length by using all necessary requisites tools and plants and carefully as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and stacking the same properly at site within the tubewell premises complete.100/150/200 cubic metre her hour capacity electro motor pumping set. Length of pump assembly of any length exceeding 18 metre length.

Transportation of Submersible Electro Motor Pumping set along with all other accessories and equipments including bend, sluice valve column pipes etc. from Sub-Divisional Store to worksite including loading at the lifting point and unloading at the delivery point including necessary head load upto 100 metre at both ends. Carriage by road . Distance upto 50 km. 100/150/200 cubic metre per hour (m3/hr) capacity electro motor pumping set with column pipes and accessories etc. (full set).

Charge for jointing water proof cable with required water proof insulation and proper jointing compound including supplying the same and motor related materials complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.). 32 mm dia pipe.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m. For supplying fitting and fixing pump protector having outer dia 250 mm, height 250 mm made with 5 nos. vertical member of Indian standard angle (40x40x5 mm), 16 mm dia. M.S. For Delivery pipe, Surge Tank, Bend, Valve etc.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 15 cm including watering ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Patch/Doubling works complete with 5 mm M.S. plate including welding, gas cutting, fitting, fixing complete. Cost of 5 mm M.S. plate including wastage due to cutting, including labour charges for straightening fitting, fixing in position.

Gas cutting to required size of 5 mm thick M.S. plate NSC channel etc. including labour charges, hire charges for all tools and plants.

Erection, fitting, fixing of set of M S Quadruped inlet and outlet pipe fittings for HDTW / MIDI RLI Scheme.(Rate inclusive of transportation from departmental store to work site).

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level (For Tor Steel). For works in foundation, basement & upto roof of ground floor upto 4 mtr. For tor steel / Mild steel Other than SAIL/TATA/RINL.

Dismantling the existing G.I./M.S. Delivery Pipe line connection between the existing D.C./Surge Tank/Tripod Set & Tube Well assembly viz Sluice valve, Bend, Surge Tank/Distribution Chamber /Tripod Set Connection pipe etc.and disconnection of delivery side viz. Special bend etc. all complete as per direction of the E.I.C. and stacking all serviceable materials at site.

PART:-E:- Electrical wiring:-Supplying & fixing E.I. danger board on wall. 20cm X 30cm.

Meter loop connection with 1.1 K.V. Gr. 3½ core / 4 core 10 Sqmm to 50 Sq mm. P.V.C./ XLPE insulated & sheathed and armoured Aluminium/Copper Cable from Meter to incomming TPN Main Switch / Terminal. (Brand: Gloster/Havells/Finolex) For HDTW/MDTW/MINI RLI Scheme 25 Sqmm 3½ Core Aluminium Cable.

Earthing with 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 mtrs. long and 1x 4 SWG G.I.(Hot Dip)wire ( 4 mtrs. Long), 13 mm dia. X 80 mm long G.I. bolts, double nuts and double washers including S & F 15 mm dia. G.I. pipe protection (1 mtr. long) to be filled with bitumen, partly under the ground level and partly above the ground level, driven to an average depth of 3.65 metre below the ground level as below.(By TATA Medium GI pipe).
