REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL WIRING SUB MAIN WIRING FITTING/FIXTURES OF VARIOUS LOCATION OF ZONE II UNDER AGE(I) LANSDOWNE

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete , including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Point Wiring for one light Point/one fan point/ one call bell point, controlled by one switch with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed , drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit, medium grade(ISI marked) duly concealed on wall/ceiling or above false ceiling with fittings not less than 25 mm dia medium grade (Color coding of wires shall be Phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified ) sunk Metal flush box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing modular switches, sockets , fan regulators etc including white cover plate complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 2.00 but for One 3 pin/5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 Sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 2.00 but for One 3pin/5pin 5/6 Amps socket out let on independent board with other switches, with cables 1.5 sq mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 2.00 but with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH cable for 15 Amps power point complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item no 2.00 but in existing concealed conduit inside wall, ceiling etc (light, fan, call bell) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 3.00 but in existing concealed conduit inside wall, ceiling etc (5 amps socket on same board) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 4.00 but in existing concealed conduit inside wall, ceiling etc (5 Amps socket on Independent board) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 5.00 but in existing concealed conduit inside wall, ceiling etc (15 Amps socket on Independent board) complete all as specified and directed.
