M&L Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunney bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm with 4% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Mix Shall be obtained from automatic hot mix plant and shall be laid by mechanical paver)

M&L applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving Bitumen VG-30 grade over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula by GE before commencement of work irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 55,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS- 6086 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300 Gms/Sqm etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- Thermoplastic road marking materials shall have the higest quality of raw material to provide long life and excellent visibility even after extended use and comply with MORTH 803.4.2( MoRTH 803), BS 3262:1989,BS EN 1871:2000, AASTHO M249,AS 1742.2,SLS 1384:2009 specification.

S&F speed breaker made of ABS material with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed to on to the speed breaker of size 750x75x250mm including surface made level as parential surfaces including dismantling/taking out of any type rusted/broken speed breaker complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as,specified and directed

S&F in repair dual directional 30 degree angle high intensity reflective Cat Eye double moulded of impact resistance ABS plastic stud 100mm x 100mm x 20-22mm with a shank of 50 mm with two reflectors made out of PMMA, plane base having ultra-violet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) having micro cube corner spark glow PC reflectoe white/ red/ yellow for fixing with epoxy or bitumen adhesive or fixed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and  directed. (including supply of road metal)
