Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing- capping with fittings such as light fittings, sockets, switches ceiling roses, board outlets etc and removing the materials/ debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Point wiring complete with FRLS 1100 Volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including 25 mm medium grade ISI marked PVC casing caping with all accessories such as bends, elbow, reducers , junction boxes /MS boxes duly painted /PVC box factory made ractangular in shape as required with top cover 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheets of required size, fixed with screws, for housing switches, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed, for the following :-

(a) Description all as item no.02 above but for One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) Description all as item no.02 above but for One switch socket combination 5 Amps on independent board.

(c) Description all as item no.02 above but for One switch socket outlet 5 Amps on same board with other switches.

M&L for point wiring in non-metallic PVC casing & caping including all fitting with 2.5 Sq mm size multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable including clamps, screws gutti /plug etc PVC unsheathed cable into and including wooden board/sheet steel box of 1.6mm thick with bakelite sheet 3mm thick and PVC insulated fire retardant cable of size 2.5 Sq mm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F fixed in repair Switch piano flush type single pole, one way 5/6 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Switch socket combination box type multipurpose 2/3 pin suitable for 5 Amp plug top controlled by one switch complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Insulation tape of size 32/40mm of Red, Yellow, Blue and Black colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair service connection 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed inservice connections suspended by insulating hangers notmore than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 6 sqmm including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair service connection 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed inservice connections suspended by insulating hangers notmore than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm including taking downcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts of sizes 6.0 Sqmm through existing/ new non metalic PVC casing capping including copper earth wire in green colour of size 6.0 Sqmm connection to DB with thimbling complete as specified and directed. (Note:- Two runs of sub main wire including earth wire and rigid non metalic PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit per RM make of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I. Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary earth pit PCC 1:3:6 chamber be 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe medium grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 15mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refillling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.
