15.00 MLD STP at Sapera Basti, Dehradun - Design, Construction, Supply, Erection, Installation & commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant as per approved design & drawings.
PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERING AND DRAWINGS :- Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Flow Charts, Hydraulic Diagram and Complete Process Design, Site Layout Plan and Site Grading Plan, Single line Diagrams, Control Philosophy & Basic Electrical and Instrumentation Drawings, Preparation of “QA” and construction procedure manual along with “Test Plan”, Civil and Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Structural Designs and Drawings and Construction Drawings, Mechanical and Piping data sheets and Drawings, Detailed Electrical and Instrumentation and control Systems, Drawings and datasheets including PLC and SCADA, Ancillary Works and Non-Technology Structural Drawings including Site devlopment works,River Training works,protection works,MPS, roads,storm water drainage, compound wall bypass + treated effluent line upto the disposal point as per direction of engineer-in-charge, external & internal electrification, including vetting of drawings from reputed institute like IIT, etc. As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Training Program and Manuals, etc. complete (To be submitted in 6 Nos. sets in hard copy + 2 soft copies).Work also include provision of the components-The online monitoring system to measur the volume and characteristics of the sewege,on site testing laboratory facility and any other facility associated with operation of STP.
Civil Works as per approved design drawing and technical specification including site development, river training works & all Necessary protection works. Structure wise break up of cost shall be provided by the bidder in separate sheet.
Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation works as per approved design, drawings and technical specifications.Break up of cost shall be provided by the bidder in separate sheet for the Supply and intalation of Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation items.
Supply & installation of online monitoring system and SCADA at 15.0 MLD STP, Sapera Basti, Dehradun as per approved design, drawing and technical specifications (Parameters : pH, BOD, COD, TSS, TN, TP, NH4-N and Flow) at inlet & outlet.

Interception and Diversion Works :- Design and Construct following I&D Structures for 15 MLD discharge in Reinforced cement concrete M30 including supply of all materials labour T&P and as per approved drawings complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge including RCC Cross Wall, RCC Wing Wall, RCC Inlet Chamber, RCC Screen Chamber including supply and installation of SS screen (IS 304) as per approved drawing.
Sewer Line and its appartenant works :- Excavation of earth upto 1.5 mt. depth below G.L. for laying of Sewer, Man-Holes, Gully Pits, Chambers, Sumps etc. in ordinary soil (earth, sand, loam and clay) including extra excavation below inverts trimming & dressing of sides, levelling and back filling of trenches by excavated earth ,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches and cleaning of site properly after complition of the work. Excavation in soil mixed with moorum, shingle, Kankar.
Provide & fixing of Close Timbering in trenches for the following depths below ground level consisting of 40mm thick approved country wood planks for poling board, 125mm × 75mm Indian Salwood walers and 100 mm dia Sal wood ballies for struts at 1.50m interval including removal after laying of sewer(both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

(Taking 150mm dia RCC pipe for connecting property to the manhole through SCC, assuming three household to be connected with one SCC, total no of HH are 305, average length of pipe is being taken as 5.0 m for one SCC)

Cement Concrete Roads :- Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in?charge.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) Width of bedding ( Outer diameter of pipe + 200mm )
Providing plain cement concrete bedding with 1:3:6 with carefully compacted backfill using 40mm and down hard crusher broken stone laying in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including shuttering, compaction, curing, etc., complete for PCC bedding and surrounding as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Width of bedding ( Outer diameter of pipe + 200mm )
Providing Reinforced cement concrete bedding with 1:1.5:3 (M-20 grade ) with carefully compacted backfill using 20mm and down hard crusher broken stone laying in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including shuttering, compaction, curing, etc., complete for PCC bedding and surrounding as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
