Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Disposal of Excavated earth/rock unserviceable, upto dumping zone near national highway distance upto 10 km from site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Basement Waterproofing - Providing and Fixing 1.2mm thick Sika Proof 312 HDPE SG Pre-applied fully bonded self-adhesive membrane with protective sand layer over PCC for waterproofing. (HDPE based self adhesive fully bonded sheet membrane comprising of a virgin HDPE layer, coated with a high bond strength adhesive, covered by a weatherproof pro- tective sand sprinkled layer, for below ground water- proofing of reinforced concrete structures. It is loose laid onto prepared substrates or formwork before fixing reinforcement and casting concrete. The adhesive layer is activated when the concrete is poured on the surface and forms a permanent bond with the fresh concrete which will prevent the ingress of water around the structure. Reinforcement can be directly laid on top of the membrane and it does not require screed protection).

RCC Wall Waterproofing - Providing and applying water proofing treatment to exterior vertical surface of RCC Wall consisting with following operations. 1- Applying appropriate Sika primer @ 0.5 kg/sqm. 2- Fixing 1.5 mm thick SikaShield E50 HDPE SA bituminous, self-adhesive, fully bonded, post- applied, waterproofing sheet membrane with a thickness of 1.5 mm. consisting with cross-laminated HDPE film that is pre-coated with an SBS modified bitumen compound.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: All works upto plinth level, Concrete of M30 grade.
