Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m depth for foundation and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including formwork (straight or curved) and finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2, (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm as in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs incl neccesary formwork set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould, stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed works as grills,gratings,hinges and similar works conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
