WATER TREATMENT PLANT (WTP) Design, construction, testing & commissioning of 0.50 MLD capacity Water treatment plant at Water Works Sikanderpur Majra including inlet channel, Alum dozing, Flash mixing, Clarifloculator, filter box, over head Reservoir for back wash, waste water tank including all civil work, pumping machineries and electric cabling, control panels, entire piping network of suitable size DI pipe from S & S Tank to Pump chamber, raw water pump to inlet box of WTP, WTP to CWT & Suction Well for CW including DI specials, suitable size Sluice valves, Hodies, manhole covers, air scour equipment, chemical house including chlorination equipment and arrangement of flow measurement and sand bed complete in all respects as per NIT (Sluice valves of make IVC/VAG) .

Supply & Erection of Horizontal spindle split casing type pumping sets of following duties directly coupled to AC squirrel cage induction type motor with accessories as described in Schedule No. II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame.- (A) Raw Water Pump set : 1000 LPM, 12 mtrs head (7.50 BHP) with squirrel cage induction motor 1440 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz of Four Star rating (At W/W)

B) Clear Water Pump set : 1000 LPM, 40 mtrs head (20.00 BHP) with squirrel cage induction motor 1440 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz of Four Star rating (At W/W)

Supply and fixing following CI D/F pipe and specials/ sluice valves /non return valves/ bell mouth/Reflex valves including cost of Jointing materials, laying, jointing, in position as per specification given in schedule No.II A) Detail of pipe and specials (FOR PUMPING MACHINERY and Inlet Outlet Connections )- (i) - CI D/F Pipe 150mm i/d

Supply erection, testing of I.S.I. marked copper wire for 4 Nos. motors with under ground system in PVC and flexible pipes copper wire 6 sq.mm complete in all respect with accessories like thimble etc. complete in all respects.

a) Supply & erection of " Wall mounting Type , solenoid driven, motor-less electro-Magnetic diaphragm Dozing/Metering pump working on single phase 220/240 V50 Hz electric supply with standard electronic controls, suitable for minimum dozing capacity 0 to 5 LPH at 8 bar back pressure, complete with necessary accessories. Make-Fontus or any other standard make along with supply & erection of 1 No. volage stabilizer with each dozing pump alongwith 1 No. 300 Ltrs. Capacity ISI marked HDPE storage tank, with each Dozing pump of sintex or other reputed & approved make

Supply erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for motors with under ground system in PVC and flexible pipes copper wire complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. (Transformer to Main Switch/Panel Board) - 35mm sq 3 core

Supply erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for 1 No panel boards from main switch to panel and wiring of panel with size 10 sq.mm (copper wire) ISI marked complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. complete in all respect. - 10mm2 3core

Supply erection, testing of light fittings including wire in the Pump chamber with material upto 10 points including switch, button, plug, PVC conduct pipe & copper wire etc. as per approved specifications complete in all respect.

Providing laying jointing and fixing of cast iron “V” notch duly marked with beam including embedding in 1:2 cement and grouting levelling and finishing complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing suitable floating arms along with swivel bend as per required specifications approved by Engineer-incharge - (i) 150 mm i/d

Providing and fixing Ceilling fan 1400mm (56") with speed adjuter of reputed make (Make Crompton, Usha, Bajaj, Orient) complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing exhaust fans 450mm (18" ) complete with suitable G.I. sheet of approved make complete in all respects.

Operation & Maintenance for complete scope of work mention in the DNIT (Disinfection material supplied by the PHED) as per schedule –IV for a period of 5 years after 12 months during defect liability period 3 month trial run (will be charged to the A/ mtc estimate) - (i)Operation and maintenance during defect liability period (Operation only)

(ii) Operation & maintenance during defect liability period 1st year

(iii) Operation and maintenance during 2nd year

(iii) Operation and maintenance during 3rd year
