Professional Fees towards preparation of detailed strategy for the entire Mega Plantation Drive in consultation with the Employer as per the scope specified in the Terms of Reference of the RFP

Conceptualisation Designing and execution of Stage setup as per approved theme and at specified location of Maximum size 800 sqft (40' x 20') in multiple levels using MS structure (scaffolding) with ply on top, carpet flooring, with steps on both side with railing, skirting of the stage, 1 podium and head table/tea poi table setup with VIP sitting arrangement, Flower decoration on stage as per the approved concept and sub theme as instructed by the Employer

Charges towards making arrangement for EAW/JBL or equivalent line array sound system with delay speakers with necessary required support infrastructure and operators / technicians sufficient enough for audience to the extent of 1000 personnel.

Charges towards making arrangement for EAW/JBL or equivalent line array sound system with delay speakers with necessary required support infrastructure and operators / technicians sufficient enough for audience to the extent of 200-500 personnel.

Charges towards making arrangement for EAW/JBL or equivalent line array sound system with delay speakers with necessary required support infrastructure and operators / technicians sufficient enough for audience to the extent of 100 -200 personnel.

Stage lighting on box truss with adequate mix of Warm LED Par, LED Par, profile lights, intelligent lights, blinder, avolight board, with required cabling, and required operator / technicians as per the requirement of the Employer. (Charges shall be payable on pro rata basis for size of the Stage for which stage lighting is setup) Bidder shall have to quote the rates for setup of stage lighting for a 30' * 15' Stage Setup

Charges for providing P4 LED Wall (Maximum 600 sq. ft at one location) for stage backdrop, with necessary infrastructure including watch-out software, switcher, laptops, cue commander and other necessary technical requirements, required cabling, required technicians, 01 AV engineer etc as per the requirement of Employer. The quoted charges shall include cost of transportation to and from the venue and dismantling

The Quoted value shall be inclusive of cost of fuel of the vehicle / DG Set and shall be considered for atleast 10 Hours operations per Day. Location of movement of the vehicles shall be as per instructions from Employer. Charges towards LED Screen shall be separate

Installation of CCTV surveillance with night vision cameras, at the designated event venue as required by the Authority with facility of providing feed to nearest control room.

Charges towards photography of the Event (Quoted Rates shall be inclusive of charges towards transportation, equipment, Qualified manpower, Lodging and Boarding) if required by the Employer. Rate per Day shall be quoted with minimum 8 working hours irrespective of shifts, in case of addition/ reduction payment shall be done on Pro-rate basis

Implementation of robust parking management system for managing the movement of vehicles (As and When Required and As per the requirement of the Employer) Quote rates for Managing parking of nearly 500 4-Wheelers. In case different size of the required parking payment shall be done on the basis of equivalent car spaces developed The parking space being managed shall be well lit, with proper marking and traffic marshals shall be deployed for managing the traffic.
