Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even fair finish complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 including dismantling of existing old tile. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE(I)

Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. including 10 mm thick in cm (1:4) backing coat and including dismantling of old tiling and removing old unserviceable materials from the distance not exceeding 1.5 Km complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides and making good all the disturbed portion by painted with two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkats with shutter exceeding 1.5 sqm . but n . Exc 4sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 30 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood , glazed & skeleton factory made shutters ( ISI Marked) , open rebated & prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash-bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and metred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.20(a) complete all as specified.

S & F for FRP door frame : fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames shall be three lagged of xross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to recive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame lainate shall be 2mm thick and shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides, MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. Complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for FRP panelled door shutter FDR door shutter shall be 30mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacturer made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitbale blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP panels complete all as specified and directed.
