CONSTRUCTION OF 50,000 LTR Capacity OGR

Designing , construction, testing and commissioning of 50,000 ltr capacity circular shape flat bottom with domb shape RCC on the ground reservoir including supplying , fitting, fixing of M.S and aluminuim ladder , Water level indicator, lightening arrester 1 nos. 80 mm CI puddle collar-4, CI MH cover-2 nos., Inlet & Outlet arrangement with 80 mm dia GI pipe - 18 mtr and soil testing & drawing design etc. testing of the joints all complete fitting and fixing of 80 mm double flanged CI sluice valves-2 No , Sluice valve chamber -2 nos of standard make providing CC M-25 for RCC work with 20mm & down grade size hg chips with 20mm thick cement plater over the cement concrete work, cement punning over plaster surface and painting 2 coats of water proofing weather coat etc. all complete as per approved drawing and design as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

LAYING OF RISINGMAIN

Earth work in excavation of trenches for laying of pipe line including dressing, leveling the bed upto required depth & within initial lead of 50mtrs & 1.5mtrs initial lift breaking clods to maximum size (5 to 7cm) laying in layers not exceeding 0.30mtrs in depth etc. complete including cost of all labour, T&P, pipes, fittings and specials etc.required for completion of the item as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

In all kind of Soil : (2500 mtr x 0.38mtr x 0.90mtr)

Supplying all materials including HDPE pipes, fittings and specials, labour, T&P for laying in trenches unplasticised HDPE pipes of the following outside diameter for all classes and specials as required at site, including jointing with solvent cement by non heat application method excluding the cost of earth work in excavation but including the cost of pipes cost of fitting and specials & testing the pipe line etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, T&P for filling excavated earth in the pipe line trenches by laying in layers not exceding 9" (225mm) including watering and ramming as per the direction Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour T&P fitting and fixing of CI sluice valves with double flanged ends in the water line for controlling purposes conforming to IS:14846-2000 for the following rating and nominal diameters as per specifications complete of approved make with supply of all joining materials, T&P etc all complete including testing as per specicication complete
