Providing house keeping services by deploying 05 Nos Data Entry Operators to work in GE Chilka for handling organization and clerical support tasks, organizaing files, carrying out day to day official work like preparaton / compiling/generation of reports and returns, compilation of variuos data, updating paper work and other documents, performing other general office clerk duties, managing filing system, recording information as needed, maintaining documents and word processing, helping organize and maintain office common areas, creatring, maintaing and entring information into databases etc and performing any other duty assigned by the section head complete all as specified and directed.

Providing house keeping services by deploying 05 Nos Poen/Duftry (Multi Tasking Services) to work in GE Chilka for photo copying of various office documents and multiple copies of letters, handling of files from one room to another room, dusting of tables, chairs, computers, files, almirahs and attending the order/ direction of officers & staff complete all as specified and directed.
