Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floors slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick in sloping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching,lintel etc etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Formwork to staircases with sloping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers (excluding landing) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

-ditto- all as per item No. above, but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders

M & L for powder coated Aluminium frame and shutter for sliding & openable, door, windows, partation & ventilators (movable louvers type) with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. Rubber gasketting all round the panels / shutters to fix glass, PVC gasketting in all channels, locking arrangement, (minimum thickness of powder coating 60 micron for windows, door, partation and ventilators with natutal matt fininsh) complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- (i) Glass to be measured and paid separately under respective of work. (ii) Items shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section. S&F Float glass 5.5mm thick plain provided to aluminium frame for door/window/partition with necessary aluminium powder coated snap beading and rubber gasket/packing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in cement and sand mortar (1:4) in 2 coats (15mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick setting coat) mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) Including fixing of Chicken mesh (25mm x 25mm) on before plaster complete all as specified (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling in any height complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked.

M&L for Polished granite stone slab 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding at front edge over screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 all as specified and as directed as in platforms Note : Quality of granite all as approved by GE .

S&F Stainless steel pipe of grade 304, of any dia for railling / balusters over existing parapet including base, collars, caps, head caps and anyother specials etc including necessary welding, polishing and drilling in masonary and filling with epoxy grout etc including taking out old SS railing and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
