Shifting of departmental M.S pipe 200 mm dia. lying at lift Irrigation scheme Zandfarn to Shahkhata in private load carrier (18 Mtr.) to use it as gantry for lifting transformer during breakdown time. The job also includes the charge of manual labour for lifting pipe from highway road to site due to non-availability of approach road. The job then involves earth excavation with the help of manual labour at two spots (1x1x1) Mtr. for installation of two Vertical posts in the concrete mixture of ratio 1:2:4. The job further includes the charge of D.G set, welding set, gas cutter, Nuts & Bolts electrodes for the completion of work.

Providing and fitting of TC- 15 coupling set complete along with flexible rubber tyre for 05 cusec Hz pumping unit of lift irrigation scheme Khadniyar. The job also includes the charge for taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling

Providing of Nuts & bolts of different sizes for various lift irrigation schemes.

Providing and fitting of 65 mm dia. plastic foot valve to suction pipe of mono block pumping unit at lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla

Providing and fitting of 50 mm dia. plastic foot valve to suction pipe of mono block pumping unit at lift irrigation scheme Manzgam

Providing of palmative packing for various schemes

Repairs to the minor leakage (300cm) along 250mm dia. M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Manzgam at cracked portion of pipe, flanges, by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, earth excavation and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load. The job includes the higher charge for dragging material from road side to welding area highly with the help of Manual labours due to non-availability of approach road for the completion of work

Fabrication, providing and fitting of 250mm nominal dia. MS foot valve for L.I.S Manzgam unit no.02 as per the below specifications: - Nominal diameter 250 mm Height 375mm Bell mouth 300 mm Sheet thickness 6mm Seat plate thickness 12 mm No. of ports 1 Port diameter 200 mm Flap thickness 12 mm The flaps to be hinged with MS hinge pin assembly having suitable counter weight and also a suitable washer/sole rubber gasket to be fixed with the flaps. A cylinder shaped MS strainer fabricated out of 12mm with a height of 300 mm built around equally spaced three horizontal rings ribbed vertically at a space of 25mm. the bottom of the foot valve shall be provided and fitted with steel section at above mentioned spaces. Old foot valve return to divisional store.
