M&L for cleaning of silt or dirt or vegetation manually from open drains accumulated through rain water and storm air and removing the mud/garbage/debris to a distance exceeding 3.0 Km but not exceeding 3.5 Km from out side the periphery of the area under clearance and depositing the same in low laying area and including removing of existing materials complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone or brick work masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but including ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble , uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble , uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 40mm for Sand stone and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, surface channels complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to stone set paving masonery etc in CM (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position such as precast manhole cover or cover slabs of septic tank etc (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks built in CM (1:6) type C-1(1:3:6) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement lime or cement mortar on lathing (other than wire-netting), without removing lathing, in lime mortar (one side only measured in cases where both sides are plastered) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layer on external surfaces :- 1 layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete or masonary surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete or masonary surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under respective item.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 100 mm thick type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base for path/ flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone having smooth surface of size n.exc 0.11sqm use in any type of work with sharp edge and flush jointed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new plastered surfaces over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab vertically of any description or thickness etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone kerb of roughed squared lime or sand stone of size 7.5cm(thick) x30cm (width), dressed so that maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed suface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surface of sides and 20mm for the rest of surface jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone kerb of roughed squared lime or sand stone of size 7.5cm(thick) x60cm (width), dressed so that maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed suface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surface of sides and 20mm for the rest of surface jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and struck flush and 30cm embedded in ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted plastered surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted plastered surface of walls by washing, rubbing down & stopping by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coat of cement base paint of 1st grade quality by auto roller machine complete all as specified and directed. Note for Ser item No 1.00 to 28.00 No claim shall be made by the contractor for site availability as per user's/site requirment and stoppage of work due to any aircraft arrival in a day. The rates deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate in respective items.
