Trench size: Width-350 mm, Height-1200 mm/Sand (couhioning) :Height-250 mm, Width-350 mm/Protection: Double layer bricks above 120 sq mm upto 400 sq mm.

Excavation of Cable Entry pit and Laying and Commissioning of 3-phase 3-core, 6.35/11 KV, 185 sqmm² XLPE insulated Aluminium power cable direct below earth the road surface through HDPE PIPE by all terrain horizontal directional drilling / digging MACHINE BOARIN across the road crossing/river crossing/cherra crossing without effecting the existing road surface at a depth of minimum 1200mm or as per site requirement of TSECL depending on approved road survey excluding supply, laying of P110, PN8, HDPE Pipe and coiling of excess cable below the earth surface at a depth of minimum 1200mm with protecting by double layer brichs soiling as per site requirement of TSECL..

Manually digging/drilling horizontally or diagonally direction for road crossing/water supply line/Tel communication line/gas pipe line etc. including laying of 64 to 200 mm dia GI pipe direct in to the earth at a depth of min1100 mmbelow the ground surface without affecting the existing road including excavation earth for entry pit as per site condition and directio of Engineering -in-charge.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of all in the GI pipe/HDPE pipe for riser including tieup of Pipe with pole by the help of MS flat clamp(excluding the cost of Clamp and Nuts & Bolts) as required up to 400 sq mm.

Supplying and Making Indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required above 150 upto 300 sq mm

Supplying and Making Outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required above 150 upto 300 sq mm

Erection of 11.0 mtrs length of Steel tubular pole at any kind of soil including excavation of earth, refilling the pit with soil upto the ground level ramming and making complete in all respect.(Will be Supplied by TSECL)

Erection, testing and communication of 11 KV, 20 KA, 630 Amp continuous current 350 MVA rupturing capacity indoor Vaccum Circuit breaker(feeder incoming panel) complete with control and relay panel simplex type with 3 phase panel top mounted PT ratio 11000/110 volt electrical closing mechanism internal wiring 2 over current with internal wiring. 2 over current 1 earth fault combined relay, auxiliary relay, 3 ammeter, 1 voltmeter, CT operated static KWH meter, including panel bus CT with 100-50/1 A with integral earthing facility internal arc tested. (Outgoing) Specification should be Confirming the following 1. TMV should be LT make (ER-300P) 2. C.T operated Static KW meter should be included, 3. Master tripping relay should be Alstom make VAJH-13, 4. Analog meter and TVM CT Ratio should be 200-100/1 Amp, 5. MCCB in Auxiliary DC supply circuit.
