Procurement of Condenser tubes

Bidder/vendor i.e. Qualified Equipment Manufacturer(QEM) should have Successfully manufactured and supplied tubes(as per ASTM A269/ASME SA269 or ASTM A249/ASME SA249) For Condenser application of Outer Diameter 50mm or below, Thickness 1.2446mm (18 BWG) or below and length 12 meters or above of valve not less than Rs.44.76 lakh in single order to any thermal power station of capacity not less than 500MW during the preceding 5 financial years (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25). As a proof, bidder shall upload relevant PO/JO/WO copies and respective performance certificate as per Annexure -1 for successful operation of tubes in plant condenser for minimum one year.(PO/JO/WO of previous years shall be given weightage of 10 percent per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited)

Bidder shall have minimum following in-house manufacturing/testing facilities Online Tube manufacturing mill(s) having processes like forming. Welding Heat Treatment (Bright Annealing), Eddy current testing, cutting etc. as an automatic continuous process. without any manual intervention. In support of this, Bidder/Vendor (Qualified Equipment manufacturer) to submit signed and stamped Annexure 2

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved average annual financial turnover of Rs. 89.53 lakhs, in at least two financial years during last five years (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25). As a proof, bidder shall upload certified copy of profit & loss account or Turnover certificate certified by Chartered Accountant. (Financial) Turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited).
