M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width with PCC (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab, chulla hood, chajja and like set in cement mortar 1:4 complete including necessary form works all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L solid PVC door frame of sizes 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood factory made, panelled shutter 40mm thick (two panesl) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP, commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc; (with out sash bars), edges of framing, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, Clause 8.24 (a) all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred and rebated sash bars, divided into squares, for securing glass gauze, etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.20(b) all as specified and directed.
