The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab in skirtings,riser of steps ,dado & pillar 22 mm to 25 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with cloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing & polishing with beewax polish over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for Vitrified coloured (dark shed) ceramic floor tiles 10 mm thick polished (Square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L factory made antifungal chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30cm X 22mm to 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment as in floors, over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ,type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly, sub base ,filling in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering (in two layer) on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 kg per bag of cement , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer and a layer of wall care putty (not less than 2.0 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of primer and a layer of wall care putty (not less than 2.0 mm thick ) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for the refixing ceiling fan/exhaust fan after servicing /repairing/overhauling by cleaning/greasing /oiling etc. including provision of connecting ceiling fan/exhaust fan to ceiling rose including three core flexible copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm not less than 0.5 mtr long for connection and preparation of old rusted surface of ceiling fans of any sweep by cleaning to remove only dust etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel (white shade) paint and marking MES number with non erasable marker pen with black colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Sub main wiring two single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH multistanderd copper conductor cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor cable for earth wire drawn in & including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 25 mm dia, complete and and testing on completion including taking down of existing sub main wiring complete all as directed. Note: Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of conduit shall be measured as one RM.

Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of soil not exceeding 0.45 metre deep and not exceeding 0.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/ pipes, foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre-cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV , type- I, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : The rate is inclusive of necessary earth work, returning, filling in and removal etc

Boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing without disturbing existing surface by using MANUAL hand drill or necessary machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :(i) Pipes shall be laid minimum 1.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/ apron /floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) T&P required for boring to be provided by the bidder at site own arrangement and not any claim entertained on this account at later stage.
