Supply Portion

Supply of 250 KVA Silent DG Set, diesel engine, radiator cooled with Turbocharger, suitable for 415V, 0.8pf, 3 phase, 50 Hz, suitable to generate 310 BHP @ 1500 RPM along with silencer, DG Set controller with in-built remote monitoring system, complete with all standard accessories, anti-vibration pad, MCCB, regulator through AVR and protective function as per the Techincal Specifcation Make Kirloskar/Cummins/Caterpillar/TIPL

Supply of Std. AMF Panel suitable for 250 kVA DG set with remote monitoring system with bypass arrangement

Supply and fixing of MS Day Tank, capacity 990 Ltr for storage of HS Diesel fitted with 1" size’s' Class MS Pipe between DG Set and day tank using required band. Flange, Valves etc. with fuel level indicator, tank to be installed in suitable size MS Frame using 50/6 size angle along with suitable rating electric motor to refill in-bult fuel tank of DG Set and also supply of one manual hand-driven pump to refill in-built fuel tank.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling of trench .

Supply of Mandatory Spare as per technical specification

Supply and fixing of exhaust gas pipe of 6 inches dia. Welded black M.S. 'B' class pipe confirming to IS :3589 cut to required lengths and install with necessary bends, support and clamp, anti vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rockwool, 50 mm thick wire mesh and Aluminum cladding etc, as per required.

Installation, Commissioning & alignment of newly supplied DG Set and AMF Panel including shaping ,laying of copper/ GI strip, Power cable ,control cable underground/on the cable tray/ in cement concrete trench, , installation of auxilaries etc. in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, site specific requirements complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document.

Fabrication and Installation of canopy shade using Galvanized colour coated roofing sheet and 50/5 angle duly painted and fixed in ground complete with necessary civil work including the cost of material required to complete the system , labour etc. as per Specification Make : Tata/APPOLO
