RENOVATION OF HT APFC PANEL 2341 KVAR - 1 No. Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, fuses, post insulators, bus bars etc. from HT APFC panel including dismantling of terminations, mounting arrangements, hardware etc. as required at site

Supply of 400 A, 6.6 kV , 3 ph . HT Vacuum contactors , solenoid coil voltage 220 V , for replacement of defective contactors- make EPCOS

Supply of HT Capacitor bank , rated at 6.6 kv, 3 phase 50 Hz complete with bus bar links post insulators and necessary hardware - make EPCOS

Banking of HT Capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multi-strand copper wires/Al. bus bars using necessary mountings and hardware , etc. as required at site.

Supply of Microprocessor HT APFC relay , Aux. Voltage 415 V , with digital display of power factor and other parameter-make EPCOS

Supply of 220 V solenoid coils for replacement of defective coils of HT vacuum contactors- make Standard

Supply of CDI unit for electronic circuit for replacement of defective CDI units of HT vacuum contactors-make Standard

Supply of 100 A, 6.6 KV HT HRC fuses with links and hardware for replacement of blown off fuses - make Anand/Bussman/standard/phoeinx

Supply of 50 A, 6.6 KV HT HRC fuses with links and hardware for replacement of blown off fuses- make Anand/Bussman/standard/phoeinx

Repair of HT isolator including de-rusting of contact blades, providing handle for operation , interlocking arrangement to prevent accidental switching of isolator in open circuit of HT VCB and alignment of closing contact to avoid sparking and subsequent damage to the isolator blades and making the isolator fully functional as required at site.

Repair of vacuum contactors including replacement of burnt out internal wiring, replacement of solenoid coil and Capacitor discharge ignition unit, alignment of contacts, de-rusting of various moving components, mechanical functioning of HT VC, auxiliary contactors to make the vacuum contactors fully functional

Servicing of complete HT APFC panel including complete dusting of all components, cleaning of contactor contacts , tightening of all nut bolts, dressing of control wiring , alignment of doors , , checking and replacement of defective gaskets, checking and replacement of blown control fuses, checking and replacement of carbonized bus bar insulators and touching of all rusted parts etc. as required at site

Testing & commissioning of HT APFC panels and fixed capacitor banks as per required parameters including following: i. Continuity and earth test ii. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth iii. All function tests of complete installation iv Setting of APFC relay for target power factor of 0.98 as per required parameters

RENOVATION OF 80 kVAr APFC PANEL - 2 Nos. Checking of capacitors and other components of capacitors panel and dismantling of old damaged components of APFC panels i.e. capacitors , MCB , contactors , APFC relay , indicating lights and their power & control wiring connections with main bus bar and incoming & outgoing circuits etc. as required.

Supply of heavy duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V , 3 phase, 50 Hz Ac complete with terminal cover and discharge device- make EPCOS

Banking of capacitors of various capacities with multistrand copper wires & lugs /aluminum bus bars and mounting arrangement for parallel connection to form suitable rating capacitor bank

Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters -make EPCOS

Control wiring of APFC relay with multistand copper wires, lugs, tapes etc. As required at site

Supply of capacitor duty contactors for capacitors rating 25 KVAr- make L&T/Schneider/GE/Havell's

Supply of capacitor duty contactors for capacitors rating 10 KVAr- make L&T/Schneider/GE/Havell's

Supply of Triple pole MCB 32 A rating -make L&T/Havell's, Schneider

Power wiring of contactors and MCBs for incoming and outgoing circuits with multistrand copper wires, lugs, tapes etc. As required at site

Supply & fixing of LED type indication lights of various colors as required at site-make FTC/Technik

Installation of capacitor banks including termination with existing cables, gland and lugs earthing of capacitor banks as required at site.

Fixing of all above components in the APFC panel with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing feeders for alignment of components and ease of termination complete with hardware etc. as required at site.

Servicing of complete APFC panel including complete dusting of all components, cleaning of contactor contacts , tightening of all nut bolts, dressing of control wiring , alignment of doors , , checking and replacement of defective gaskets, checking and replacement of blown control fuses, checking and replacement of carbonized bus bar insulators and touching of all rusted parts etc. as required at site.

Testing & commissioning of complete capacitor installation including following: : 01. Meggering of complete capacitor installation using 500V megger 02. Continuity test for checking continuity of all circuits 03. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor
