Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work

White washing (two or more coat)

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based such as snowecem, robbiacem etc. on old work one coat to give an even shade

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture one coat on old distempered work

Repair of OHSR

Provision for repair of expanstion joint complete in all respects (100mm i/d).

Repair of Water Works Site

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects.

Providing and labour for fixing of one No. electronically actuaed, Diaphragm operated, metering system , Chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 6 litres of bleaching powder solution/sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivery pressure upto 7 kg cm², and suction lift not less than 1.5m, as per DWSS standard specifications complete in all repects.

Providing and labour for fixing Automatic water level controller of Boparai or equivalent make sutable for 3 phase submersible pump with gun metal float sensors electric cable 1 square mm ISI marked, PVC conduit pipe 20mm ISI marked complete in all respects.

Making proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold with Providing and laying, jointing, fixing, testing MDPE & G.I Pipe lines 15mm i/d including cost of Specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15 mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3" i/d clamp with c.i cock 15 mm i/d as per IS 210 with stainless steel spindle of approved make as per complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge)

Dismantling brick or flagged stone flooring without concrete base and relaying of dry brick on edge paving with a dismantled bricks including sand grouting.

Dismantling of Cement concrete road with 50mm to 75mm thick C.C 1:2:4 and making good the same to its original condition complete in all respects

Dismantling of mettaled road with bituminous course 50 to 75mm thick with base course complete in all respects
