Bi-Annual Operation and Maintenance Contract for the E and M Installations, WTP etc. at Birsi Airport, Gondia for the Year 2024-26.

Periodical Maintenance of Electrical Installations of operational and non operational area such as GLF System, CCR, CNS installations, DG Sets with AMF Panels, Mobile DG Sets, Terminal Building, Power Supply Systems, 11KV Sub-Station, Pump Sets, High Mast Towers, Approach Roads & Car Parking Lights Internal & External E.I of Technical block cum ATC Tower, Power House, Fire station, MT Pool, Water Treatment Plants etc. involving Operation, repairs & maintenance, Faults/ breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability/ Satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ Quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly basis maintenance of records/ documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract on all days including Sunday & Holidays. The services of DG Sets, AMF Panels at power House shall be ensured round the clock (i.e. in three shifts daily, each shift of 8 hours).

Rewinding Servicing repairing of ceiling fan/ wall fan including replacement of bearings if required and to & fro transportation etc complete as required (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor).

Rewinding Servicing, repairing of Exhaust fan/ Air Circular fan of size upto 450 mm sweep i/c replacement as bushes/bearings if required and to & fro transportation etc complete as required. (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor)

Rewinding of the motors (Capacity from 3 HP and upto 5 HP), Which are suitable to operate on 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø AC supply, with suitable gauge copper wire i/c warnishing, bearing if required etc as required i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor).

Repair and rewinding of submersible pump motor set up to 5 HP capacity. Job include transportation of motor dismantling and rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out/defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required.

Lifting & Lowering of submersible pumps of various capacities (up to 5 HP) due to defect in existing pump / pump choked in existing borewell on urgent basis within a short notices including connection of cables jointing of cables etc. with successful testing &commissioning complete as required.

Execution of work as per CPWD DSR 2022 (E&M). NOTE: The firm has to quote/upload the percentage above / below (+/- % on the quantity mentioned against BOQ item No. (7) directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate column as clarified below: For example, “if agency desired to quote 5% above on CPWD DSR-2022 (E&M) rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If agency desired to quote to 5% below on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.95.” ( DSR - 2022 rates will be worked out by excluding GST component).

Inspection, Servicing and Testing of 800A capacity 11 KV Vaccum Circuit Breakers (Make - CGL) including CTS PT wiring, other carrying out tests & preventive maintenance through authorised service agent and submission of test reports complete job as per attached technical specification. Dehydration and Filtration of transformer oil for the following installations including testing of the Oil for dielectric strength before and after filtration as per IS: Specification and submission of of the report of B.D.V. Test and Chemical analysis of the oil to determine the level of acidity as per IS: Specification and cleaning of breather and providing fresh charges of Silica Gel to the transformers, Supplying and replacing corroded nuts and bolts, gaskets and washers etc. (Transformers oil for topping up will be supplied separately.) (a) Make: Indotech, Capacity. 500 KVA, Oil Capacity 1050 Ltrs.]

Labour & hire charges towards providing and fixing of Decorative lights at Birsi Airport terminal building and ATC building on the various occasion with series LED and LED Par/Focus light on building and garden in front of entrance and along with the decoration at the entrance gate including providing lighting accessories, manpower, transportation of material to & fro complete etc. as required Note: 40 Nos. of LED serial light set of 45 feet each and 30 Nos. of Focus Light Per Day for festival occassion.

Providing of JCB on hiring basis for any urgent/ emergency works at Birsi Airport including operational area. The scope covers Hiring of JCB on hourly basis including mobilization charges, driver bata, etc.
