Removal of unsuitable / Unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11 MORD / 301 MORTH

Construction of Subgrade by providing selected earth having MDD not less than 1.85 g/cc with LL & PI not more than 40% and 20 respectively. and, spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, and compacted at OMC with vibratory roller 80-100 kN to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 407 MORD and clause 305 & 305.4.4 MORTH ncluding overhead charges & Contractor profit etc., Complete, but excluding VAT and seigniorage charges.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material(Table 400.1) with Grading III Material(HBG M/C +Stone dust) CBR Value not less than 20 and PI Value less than 6 spreading in uniform layers with Tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD .including contractors profit & Over head charges but excluding , Seigonarage charges & VAT

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M30(Grade), course and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 with 60% of 20mm and 40% of 12mm size of course agregate not exceeding 20mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints and construction joint, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1501

Construction of sawn joint grove(using diamond studded blades) 3 to 5 mm wide and 1/4 to 1/3 depth of the slab +/- 5 mm or as stipulated in the drawings and dowel bars complying with clause 602.6.5 of specifications for road and bridge works (3rd revision) published new delhi in 1995 by IRC on behalf of Govt of India,Ministry of surface transport as directed in the drawings. The contraction joint shall be cut as soon as the concrete as undergone initial hardening and as hard enough to take the load of joint sawing machine with out causing damaging to the slab.The joint ceiling compound shall not be poured bitumen type having flexibility ,resistance to age hardening and durability of the sealant shall be in accordance with BS 5212(Part-2) with all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all ,materials etc., completed for 50mm depth.

Levelling the concrete with Beam Vibrator Vaccume dewatering Power trowelling to finish as per the direction of Engineering incharge rate inclusive of labour charges all complete for finished item of work

Providing concrete for plain concrete M 10 grade in open foundations using 40 mm nominal HBG M/C Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days , all incidental charges i.e bailing out water etc complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH, including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST & Seignorage Charges for Leveling Coarse

Providing concrete for plain concrete M15 (Normal mix) in body walls using 40, 20 & 10mm size HBG machine crushed (SS5) graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST & Seignorage Charges for body walls
