Dehydration/Filteration of tranformer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Break down voltage should not be less than 50 KV complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. location as directed by EIC

Supply and Fill Transformer oil having di-electric strength of 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

M&L Two coats of epoxy paint by spray painting machine on site,including preparation of rusted surface of transformer 400KVA and writing SM No./MES No.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&LTwo coats of epoxy paint on LT Panels of any size ,including preparation of rusted surface over a coat of epoxy based primer, complete all as specified and directed, note: Minor repairs/ replacement of hinges suitable screw fastners in original etc to shutter of panels in position, before painting shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L preparing old surface of PCC electrical street light poles and applying two coats of Cement based paint and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 100 mm high letters over 150x150 mm black base complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Old Unserviceable Junction Box of street Light and replce with Junction Box with one no of MCB 6 Amps including 40 Amps four way terminal block complete including 20 x 3 mm thick flat clamp made of stainless steel all as specified and as directed by Enginnner-In-charge. Make : Hensel (K9504)/Neptune/Riltal/Hanger.

Taking out UNSV LT UG cables of any sizes from trenches all as spd.

Supply & Lay XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross-sectional area. Make: Asian/ Gloster/Havells/KEI/HPL

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil and including taking out of PCC cable cover and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Dismantling the centrifugal Pump 15 HP including disconnecting suction and delivery etc and reassembling after replacement of necessary spares including greasing and painting of 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note :Replacemnt of worn out spares will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and replace following worn out spares of Centrifugal/monoblock pump sets.

a) Bearing as per existing Size suitable for 15 HP motor

b) Rubber bush for coupling as per existing size for 15 HP motor

c) Gland packing for 15 HP motor

Taking down electric motor 3 phase, 415 Volt capacity 15 HP, incoming disconnection electric connections, dismantling slots, taking out burnt windings and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper wire as per existing size including insulating material and varnishing,greasing, painting with super enameled paint as per colour coad assembling the motor after rewinding and mounting at its own position, replacing the old nut, bolts and testing all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable foot valve 80/100 mm dia from the UG sump and S & F new foot valve 80 mm dia ball type incl rubber gasket, bolts, buts complete all as directed.

Servicing and repair of APFC panel upto 50 KVAR by replacement of worn out spare parts and cleaning of the serviceable contactors and tightning/checking of all internal electical connections and accessories to maintain PF not less than 0.98 by adjusting/ calibrating the APFC relay of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Defective parts if any will be measured and paid seprately
