Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. -All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. -All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level:

6 mm cement plaster of mix : i) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed: -All kinds of soil

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site , spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Flat Brick soling Providing and laying flat brick soling layer on prepared subgrade according to lines, grades and cross-section shown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, free from clay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412.

Brick edging laid length wise Providing and laying brick edging laid lengthwise on prepared subgrade according to lines, grades and crosssection shown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, free from clay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Fitting fixing of chain link wire mesh of 8 swg G.I. wire with 4 inch x 4 inch (10 x 10 cm) as per spacing net of 1.20 m height including chain link mesh (including all taxes) approved

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 25 mm average thickness

Grading roof for water proofing treatment complete as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge with : Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required: Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene Random copolymer) pipes confirming to IS:15801,U V stabilized & anti- microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP- R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings includingtrenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work PN-16 Pipe, 40 mm OD (SDR-7.4)

Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes : 455 x 610 mm rectangular C.I. cover (light duty)the weight of the cover to be not less than 23 Kg.

Supplying & fixing of 1 HP Water pump set with suction and delivery hose pipe 25 mm x 25 mm size conforming to IS 374 (1979), BEE 5 star including connection etc. as required
