Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide & not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation for laying of CI /GI pipe line in trenches not exc 10sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth & getting out in soft / loose soil.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at level n exc1.5 mtr above the starting point

Taking up CI pipe line from trenches including burning of lead joint, removing of lead for following bore of pipe completed all as directed of following size :

Supply only calcium based high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfection in granular form in factory sealed HDPE container (45/50 Kg Each) having chlorine concentration level 70%. Make _- Declibac (Brand Name- Altoch GP) or equivalent make as approved by E-in-C complete all as directed .

M&L brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 1050 mm X 1050 mm X 1200 mm(internal dimension) complete with MS angle iron frame work (Angle Iron size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm) & 3.20 mm MS sheet top cover openable through hinges including neccesory locking arrangement rendering complete and painting with two coat of black bituminous paint over a one coat red oxide primer.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of CI pipes , MS mechanical water level indicator, MS valve pit cover & sump manhole cover after that priming with one coat of Red Oxide zinc chrome and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

M &L for Cleaning of RCC over head tank using following steps/stages including arrangement of necessary T & P, labour and chemicals all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (a) Mechanised dewatering (b) sludge removal (c) High pressure cleaning (d) vaccume cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV treatment. Note : Following guidelines will be followed while executing works under items (a) The cleaning will be done as per mechanised six stage process of RCC over head tank cleaning and results should be verified by the competent authorities. (b) Water required for the cleaning will be provided by the contractor at his own arrangements (c) The notice for the interruption of water supply will be intimated to the department in advance and efforts will be made by contractor to complete related work within 24 hrs to avoid prolonged breakdown of water supply in effected area. (d) Material and labour for removal of semi-solid/solid sludge extracted during cleaning and their disposal to suitable site are deemed to be included in quoted rate and will not be paid separately.

M & L for MS plates, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for boltss, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for fabrication of clamp to hold CI/GI pipes, Mechanical oil level indicators , MS covers for valve pit chambers including hinges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavation in soft/ loose soil for detection of leakage including breaking of PCC floor/ tiled surface of required area or removing PCC interlocking tiles or any type of flooring complete including returning filling in and removal of surplus mud / soil after taking out leaked water from pit not more than 1.5 m deep and making it dry complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for three phase line protector to safe guard motor load with the features of single phasing protection, high & low voltage shut down over load protection auto phase correction (APC) facility etc and by pass facility for emergency use. CAT No. ST419370000 for 25 Make :Sinetrac/L&T or its equivalent.

M & L for preparation/cleaning of old painted steel surfaces of any description such as electric motor pumps diesel engine driven pump set base plate its foundation including suction/deliver CI Pipe line painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint asper existing colour upto ground level and writing of SM No.etc all as per colour code or as directed.

M & L for preparation/cleaning of old painted steel surfaces of any description as in valve chamber cover etc.

Disconnecting and taking out existing centrifugal pump set of any capacity, electric driven 3 phase 415 volt including transporting to workshop and Re-fixing in the same position after repair all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Rewinding of centrifugal pump/motor after disconnecting motor from pump and dismantling the motor, taking down burnt winding wire of field coil and rewinding of field coil for suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including replacement of motor bearing of both NDE & DE sides with pump and necessary connection etc all as specified and directed asper following size:-
