INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F modular flush Box for mounting of modular cover plate 8 modules complete all as specified and directed

S&F of lamp holder insulated body with back plate for batten fitting with LED lamp 09 watt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F energy saving decorative box type batten light fitting surface mounted complete with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light LED lamp 20 watt suitable for 120 volts to 270 volts of system efficacy not less then 100 lumen/watt, with all accessories, pre-wired, including lamp and providing flexible copper wire, twin core cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED sleek mirror light fitting 05 watt provided with high output diffuser 2 ft long, suitable for 120 volts to 270 volts of system efficacy not less then 100 lumen/watt, complete with all accessories, pre-wired including lamp and providing flexible copper wire, twin core cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM N 3.02 TO 3.06 :- (i) For all types of LED fittings and luminaire should be same manufacturer. (ii) LM -79 certificate for all light fittings shall be submitted by the contractor before fixing at site or taking payment against material. (iii) System efficacy should be more than 100 lummens / watt (iv) CRI should be 80 (v) THD should be less than 20% (vi) PF should be more than 0.95

Supply and fixing ceiling fan five star 1200mm sweep complete with out fan regulator 230 volts (single phase) and provisioning of flexible copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing fiber body exhaust fan with louvers of size 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with, bolt, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall/prefabricated sheet etc including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing electronic two modular fan regulator step type 120 Watts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, B curve type 10 KA breaking capacity 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR WATER HEATER

Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of 'Solar Hot Water System' Flat plate collector based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 100 Ltrs Per day including all standard accessories with electric backup complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) System shall be installed by OEM or their authorised representative. (b) Cost of Hot water tank, staging, electrical backup ( As per recommendation of Manufacturer is included in overall cost quoted. (c) System shall be periodically checked by authorised representative of firm at interval of three months till completion of defects liability period. Any defects shall be made good without any extra cost to Govt. (d) Rate of solar water system includes the cost of backup stainless steel hot water tank insultated

S&F 15 mm bore GI pipe for Hot water piping with connections/fittings duly insulated with glass wool 25mm and aluminium cladding, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F rigid metallic conduit 15mm dia including all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as coupler, lock nuts, saddles and pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply & fixing Ductile iron fitting such as bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket, Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, tail pieces with one end flanged (Integrally Cast) and one end socket Spigot caps and plugs, upto 100 to 150 mm bore ductile iron pressure pipes, of K-9 classification and puch on flexble rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90x90x90cm internal dimensions (230mm wall thickness) including mild steel sheet cover 3mm thick over and including angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with locking & fixing arrangement and brick work and all inner sides/bottom of pit shall be plastered with cement mortar (1:4) 15mm and including foundation concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using stone aggregate 150mm thick, including excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil within 50 metre and cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-0 as in coping etc., complete all as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps outdoor type 20 kA outdoor extensible SF6 gas insulated 4 way floor mounted compact switchgear with copper bus bar consisting of 01 Nos incoming load break switch and 03 Nos outgoing VCBs. The coupling should be at the top of RMU through bolted connection & sleeved busbars covered with insulating boots. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will beenclosed in robotically welded 2.5 mm, thick non ferrite nonmagnetic stainless steel tank filled with SF6 with IP class IP-67, leak rate not less than 0.1% and tested for internal arc 20kA/1 Sec as per latest IEC 62271-200. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings:- a) Incomer load break switch - 01 No consisting of following:- (i) Manual operated 630 amps load break switch having two position spring assisted. (ii) Integrated line earthing switch with making capacity. (iii) Live cable LED indicators thru capacitor voltage dividers mounted on the bushings. (iv) Resin cast ring core metering CTs. (vii) Digital multi function meter to measure Amps, volts, frequency, PF, KWH, KVAR etc. (viii) Mechnical ON/OFF/Earth/spring charge indication. Note : Cable boxes should be Arc proof with hinged doors interlocked with respective earthing switches. (b) Outgoing VCB - 02 Nos consisting of following:- (i) Manual operated 630 amps Vacuum circuit breaker having two position double spring mechanisum. (ii) Three position disconnector/earthing switch down stream vacuum circuit breaker (iii) Three position single spring mechanism for disconnector/earthing switch. (iv) live cable LED indicators thru capacitor voltage dividers mounted on the bushings. (v) green (ON) / Red (OFF) push buttons to operate load break switch locally. (vi) 3 O/C + 1 E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and Earth Fault. relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. (vii) Resin cast ring core metering CTs. (viii) Resin cast ring core protection CTs. (ix) Digital ammeter to measure Amps. (x) Mechanical ON/OFF/Earth/Spring charge indication. Note:- Cable boxes should be Arc proof with hinged doors interlocked with respective earthing switches. Note:- The testing of RMU after installation to be carried out by SEI.

Supply, laying & testing of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 3 Core, 2.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, complete all as directed

S&F Junction box on existing pole of minimum size 300mm x 200mmx150mm made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet duly painted with 2 coat of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide, outdoor type, lockable complete with fixing arrangement with 100 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar 4 Nos and One Nos 10 Amps MCB SPN. Including clamps made out of flat iron 25x3mm and nuts, bolts, washer and thimbles etc complete all as directed

Supply and fixing LED endura pluse street light luminaires, 70 watt, 5700k, having assymetric optics, new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium housing IP 66 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source and electronic driver complete as specified and directed.

DEMOLISHION AND DISMANTALING

Taking down low level Flushing cistern of any type and capacity complete all as dircected.

Taking up or down worn out/damage/unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100V grade from trench/duct/pole/ wall/ pipe/rooftops etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid sparetely under Part-II

Taking down old main switch / MCB DB with MCBs of any type and any size complete all as directed

Taking down old sub main wiring of any description and size complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old Tube light fittings/mirror light any typecomplete all as specified and as directed.
