Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame area not exc 1.5 Sqm each all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame area.Exc 1.5 Sqm to N.Exc 4.00 Sqm each all as specified.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with one No MS handle per leaf made of FI 25 x 3 mm made to shape Appx 200 mm in length and two Nos 150mm long MS tower bolt welded to each shutter including 150 mm long peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded all as specified.

All as per item No.3 above but without glazing bars complete

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, grating, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes ; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings framed work of water and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, using 12mm square bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section conforming to FE-410(Gde-E-250) Quality with gusset plate,rails braces etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick IInd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc all as specified in SSR Part-I 1991 section 8 & clause No.8.24

S&F 35mm thick IInd class hardwood panelled shutters ( any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt of size 300mm with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast-aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 100mm size butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type D-22 all as specified and directed

S&F 200mm aluminium anodized, barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodised 125mm long all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised mild steel cloth of 0.56mm nominal dia wire average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples or wooden beads for wooden shutters all as spd.

S&F sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and fixed to steel or wooden frame with putting or wooden beads n.exc 0.5 sqm each pane all as spd.

S&F Anodised aluminium ventilator lover type (Minimum 115micron anodising) including 4mm thick plain sheet, aluminium section as per designation 63400 of IS 737 complete as approved by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions,arches,pillers etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B" bricks straight or curved on plain to any radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on thick on brick work or concrete fair surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L three coats of white wash over newly plastered surface of wall incl preparation of surface

Preparation of old treated surfaces ( Plastered or unplastered) of walls cornices etc brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of lime white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, staircases, landing chajjas and similar suspended work all as specified and directed

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs floor slab landing and similar work specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1 ½: 3 ( Nominal mix) type A1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs ,balconies,canopies,deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild steel wire annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm to 8mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars cut to length bent to shapes as required including bending cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as spd.

Demolition of cement concrete ( Unreinforced) in ground floors and paving N.Exc 15cm thickness ( Below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm brick aggregate) as in sub-base, to floor and footpath etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist channel, angle or Tee section fixed independently without connecting plates etc ( cut to length ie. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe410 Gde E-250 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to MS frame work with screws including preparation of new surfaces and applying two coat of white wash in ceiling complete including taking down old sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule'A' Part-II: E&M works

Taking down carefully aluminum/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (excluding sunken box) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and segregating serviceable fittings & set aside for reuse in the work and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for point wiring complete with cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100V grade conforming to IS for one way SP, 5A with 1.5 Sqmm of cable of nominal area multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including 20mm PVC casing capping including accessories on wall/floor/ceiling ( on surface) etc with 16G MS pressed steel terminal box with 2.8 mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switch, socket outlet etc complete with all accessories/fittings including PVC insulated continuous muli standred copper earth wire (1.5 Sqmm) and connected to common earth dolly complete for the following :- (a) One light /fan point/ bell point controlled by one way one switch.

Ditto item No. 33 above but one 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

Ditto item No. 33 above one 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on same board with other switches.

All as per item No 33 above but point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm stranded PVC unsheathed copper conductor for one 3 Pin 15/16 amps socket outlet on independent board including continuour earth wire with 1.5 Sqmm stranded PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly.

Material and labour switch piano flush type 5/6 Amps single pole one way complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing stepped type electronics fan regulator on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Ceiling rose 3 Terminal/PVC/ Polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 18 watt LED bulb, 1800 lumen output, in lamp holder complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Syska, Model- SSK-SRL 18W B22. or Equivalent of Philips/Bajaj/Havells/Jaquar

Material and labour sheet metal enclosure for double door DBs using MCB with 200 Amps rated bus/link bar of 8 way 240V including taking down unserviceable one. Make : Indoasian or equivalent make of Havells/HPL.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 230 Volt 'C' Curve, 10 KA Make : Indoasian or equivalent make of Havells/HPL.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 230 Volt 'C' Curve, 10 KA Make : Indoasian or equivalent make of Havells/HPL.

Supply and fixing LED tube light fittings box type luminairies with and including 1 x 20 watts LED tube , 2000 lumen output, complete with energy savings T8, recess/surfaces mounted powder coated with connector block, etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable of 0.75 sqmm 3 core copper conductor from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :- Crompton, for Batten Cat No. IGP131LT8-16, for Tube Cat No. LTT8-20) or equivalent make of Havells/ Jaquar.

Supply and fixing Building securuty light LED 45 watt, 4500 lumen output, complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Crompton, Model - LSTS-45-CDL-1 or Equivalent of Havells/Philips/Jaquar

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron wire of size 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 10mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for bracket made out of 1.5 Mtr long 40 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade bent to shape for fixing of street light/ Building Security light fitting including fixing wall with necessary clamps all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan of any sizes from site for safe custody for refixing.

Hanging or Refixing of Ceiling Fan/Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan any size including provision of suitable flexible cable as required from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cables PVC insulated aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.
