| 0.00NOTE: 1) Debris generated from this work shall be disposed off by the contractor outside Anushakti Abasan, and VECC office premises by mechanical transport without any extra cost to the department. During execution of work Contractor should maintain proper safety measures and provide proper insurance coverage to all work men to be engaged in this work. Contractor should quote rates accordingly. 2) Tenderers must visit the site before submission of tender. 3) Rate of each item shall include the cost of manpower, materials tools & tackles, all taxes & duties, scaffolding, lead & lift for carrying out work upto 150 M and height of 30 M from existing ground level. 4) Wherever cement based repair work will be undertaken, SSD (Surface Saturated Dry) condition must be achieved. 5) Plaster on repaired surface shall match with existing surface. 6) Painting work shall be under taken at least after seven days of completion of any kind of repairing work. 7) Only OPC or PPC can be used for repair work. 8) A copy of challan of each lot of materials brought at site shall be handed over to the department as soon as materials brought into site. Test certificate of materials shall be submitted as desired. 9) Testing of materials as directed to be done as per requirement and charges if any shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. 10) Security regulation and rules of DAE shall be strictly followed while movement deployment of materials and work force. The work should be done satisfying all safety aspects and insurance coverage, (workmen compensation insurance) of all workers to be involved in this job, shall be ensured. PPES such as safety shoe, helmet with chin strap, safety belts, safety goggles, welding shields, gloves, VICI wear etc. are mandatory requirement. Safety nets are to be provided as directed. Contractor should quote rates accordingly. 11) Samples shall be got approved by the department before mass procurement and fabrication. | ||||||
