Construction of CC road from Daitari chowk (Magazine square) Ch0/00 to Dalkisahi Ch 2.45 Km via Dam siteunder Daitari region in the district of Keonjhar. (Under CSR scheme).

Road Work

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetations grass, bushes, shrubs etc and disposal of unserviceable materials up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per clause no: 201 of MoRT&H and as per direction of EIC.

Excavation,loading,unloding and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specifacation and by the Engineer -in-charge within an initial lead of 1 km from the place of excavation complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth or floor with excavated earth or moorum or extra good earth including laying, watering and ramming in 23 Cm (9") thick layers with all necessary leads and lifts complete inclusive of all cost of labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge (5th revision) as per direction of EIC.

Earth work in excavation of foundation treaches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders ( except sheet rocks and boulders requiring for blasting) including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P shoring and shuttering and dewatering if required etc. comp. as directed by EIC.

Filling foundation and plinth with river sand, well watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties of materials, cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

P.C.C .of prop.(1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm. size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. compleete as per direction of EIC.

P.C.C M-15 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of shuttering, reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for shuttering, bending, binding and tying the grills.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded granular sub base (GR-II) materials as per table -400-1-- as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, royalty,loading & unloading of materials, cost of labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 40 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade) corase and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opertation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification Clause: 1501 and direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with appd. Brand of synthetic enamel paint cost, carriage and quality over a coat of primer to masonry works including cost of all materials cost of all labour and T&P, scaffolding etc required for the work etc. comp. (paints of Burger, Nerolac, J&N & Asian ICI Brand is to be used.) (in all Floors)

Providing and laying of filter media with stone crushed aggregate of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORT&H specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided to the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of EIC.

Providing Weep Holes in plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, retaining wall, toe wall with 110mm dia PVC pipe as per drawing and technical specifications and asper Clause-2706 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bride works (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflecterising glass beads @250 grams per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35 and as per Clause No.803.1, 803.2, 803.4.1, 803.4.2, 803.4.4, 803.6 to 803.8 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead. including cost of all labours,T & P required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering andwashing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5M height including cost of all labours,T & P required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres including cost of all labours,T & P required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC.
