DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in any description and in any position removal of debris from site all as specified and directed

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate for plinth protection, path etc finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in sub base finished fair and rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth, wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, backing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured floor tiles exc 0.11sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured floor tiles exc 0.11sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles 300x450x7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting/dado tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Vitrified tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) laid and bedded jointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab incuding grinding, mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine Cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in dado, riser of steps, skirting, and including 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat of kota stone CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab incuding cutting grinding mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of exterior grade heavy duty coloured floor tiles of size 300mmx300mm/400mmx400mm, 10 to 12mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as directed.

S & F of suspended ceiling system of grid/section of size 600x600mm comprising of interlocking GI powder coated main T-runners of size 24x38x0.33mm thick of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 24X32X0.33mm thick of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24X32X0.33mm thick of length 600mm and perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm thick of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs @ 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S. screws with and including 4 mm thick E-board false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 6 mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin of the roof with clip complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of PVC wall panelling over existing tile/plastered surfaces with high quality PVC wall panel/sheets (7-9mm thickness) of approved texture, design and patterns complete with all fittings like cleats, nails, screws etc & all other necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq. cm. and over framed work in any position.

S & F II classs hard wood timber scantling clean sawn framed and fixed in any position and direction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Gde Fe-410 W complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC corrugated, semi-corrugated sheets in roof coverings & ridges.

S & F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick wave tile pattern of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge of roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work built in CM (1:6) with old sized sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Disconnectling existing water tank Exc 250 & N.exc 500 litres capacity setting aside or lowering if requied for roof repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting in position reconnecting, refixing in position up to 2 storey bldgs all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing treatment and wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles and roofs to preparation of surface for applying in primer and bitumen.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof for maintaining the uniform slope etc any thickness at any height and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 100ml per 50 Kg of cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

(c) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150gms/sqm) land on coat of bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.3litres/sqm by forced application complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Laying shall be done all as per manufacturer's instruction and all as specified in clauses 11.43 of MES SSR-2020 Specifications.

M & L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed laid over and including screed bed in CM(1:6), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in roof tiles complete all as specified.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 35,985.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
