Replecement of Barbed wire/undersized/worn-out Wooden Poles & conductor.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine bactched and machine mixed precast RCC rectangular covers on cable trench of M25 Grade cement concrete for RCC work including cost of centering, Shuttring, reinforcement of 8mm Dia TMT bars of Fe 500 Grade @ max 100mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, Properly encased on all edges with 1.6mm thick,100mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat, reinforcement to be welede at edged with M/S sheet and providing two nos 12mm Dia bar for hoots etc i/c cost of cartade, all leads and lifts, Handling at site etc all compete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 finished with float coating of neat cement includding cement slurry and curing complete with 25mm thick 12.5mm Nominal size stone aggregate

Precast terrazo tiles 22mm thick with grade marble chips of size upto 6mm in floors, joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles,including rubbing, ploishing and curing complete,on 20mm thick bed of cemet mortar 1:4:-a)light shade using white cement.

Providing and applying cement plaster 6mm 1:3

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plaster wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting with Acrylic emulsion paint 2 coats.

Dismantling tile works in floor laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 mtrs lead

Providing and fixing/replacement of commod, drainage pipe , water supply pipes(including complete accessories)of bathroom and toilet(complete job)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of the rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtrs lead

Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats infloors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts
