Taking down carefully fittings and fixtures/ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. by unscrewing from wall boards/boxes complete removing meterial to stores for keeping in safe custody for reusing at site and making good matching to the existing colour to the disturbed surface wall/floors etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Taking down items will bw measured and paid only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse.
