Construction of embankment with machnicaly compacted earth with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2

Construction of Granular sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and complacting with smooth wheel roller to achieved the desired density. complete as per clause 401.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Grading II specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405(A). Grading II

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-2) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per Technical Specn. No. 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specicification Clause.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade Bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitale plant, laying and rolling with a 3 wheel 8 - 10 tonne static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Edging with M-150 Class Bricks laid lengthwise including excavation refilling consolidation with a hand packing and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of 50 meter as per Technical specification

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1..
