Fully comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for A/C chiller package and connected centralized A/C system in High Court Complex, Ernakulam for the period of one year, from 01/11/2025

OD100816/2025-2026:Operation and fully comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Centralized AC plant under the overall supervision of Assistant Executive Engineer, P.W.D. Electrical Sub Division Ernakulam. Shift duty for 12 hours in A/C plant with 1 No 'A/C Mechanic grade 1' and 3 Nos. 'ITI Holder (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)', 8 am to 8 pm for operation and general maintenance. Details of A/C equipments under operation and fully comprehensive annual maintenance contract. a) 1 Nos. 100 TR Water cooled Chiller plant. b) 2 Nos. 108 TR Water cooled Chiller plant. c) 1 No. 238 TR water cooled Chiller plant. e) 690 TR AHUs (10TR- 49Nos out of 56Nos., 7.5TR - 14Nos, out of 17 Nos, f) 8000 litters/hr capacity RO Plant operation including supply of chemicals. g) Chilled and condenser water pump sets, Cooling Tower, Air handling units and all other connected accessories 250 TR each 3 nos FRP cooling tower. NB: Including rewinding of Compressors. Irreparable AHUs & compressors are to be replaced in a phased manner. An amount equal to 5% of the cost of replaced AHU/ Compressor will be deducted from the contract amount per month
