3. Bidder has to quote/ offer discount / premium within range of -10% to +10% on offered price.

4. Bidder’s quoted discount/premium shall be applicable uniformly on all items unit rates

5. Unit price arrived after applying the quoted/discount/premium over CUGL offered rates shall be rounded down to 2 decimal places only
