Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing, Fixing, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Automatic Hermetically Sealing Sliding Door, having high pressure laminate on both sides that could withstand high abrasion , vision panels (300x300mm) , for smooth sliding .The door moves on nylon wheels within an single piece aluminium extruded track, etc inclusive of all accessories.

Providing, Fixing, Supply & installation of Pre Fabricated Modular Operation Theatre with 50mm thick SS Puff Panel of 0.8mm SS sheet on front side and 0.8mm SS Panel on back side. Filling of all joints and cavities with epoxy filler and sanded flush to provide a seamless finish .Applied with minimum three coats of Antibacterial & Antifungal paint ,wall glaze or equivalent to a minimum dry film thickness of 300 microns having overlap floor covering ,ceiling system and door frames by 25mm to provide a continous sealed surface

Surface Preparation Cleaning of surface free from dust, Dirt, moisture, oil & all foreign material from the floor. For floor cleaning all mechanized equipment's are to be used like scrubber, sanders, hot air blowers, vacuum cleaners, moisture test machine etc. Once cleaned, the surface is roughened to prepare the surface for application of epoxy primer. Leveling with epoxy screed Application of epoxy primer over prepared surface and then filling of cracks, crumbled joints small size damages in the epoxy floor with epoxy mortar having high compressive strength. The epoxy mortar should be so applied so as to acheve level of – 1 mm from adjoining top level of epoxy floor surface once the epoxy mortaris applied , the area should be left to dry for minimum 24 hours before final coat of EPU paint is applied. EPU Coating – Providing and application of concrete primer on top of epoxy screed. This is followed by self Leveling PU top coating of specified shade and colour of 1 mm thick with self leveling epoxy material by means of special spike rollers and other tools so as to remove all trapped air bubbles and achieve smooth, glossy and leveled surface.

Supplying and laying polyester, washable and stain free cloth(Bio-Active fabric washable germ free suitable for sterile area) curtain system with maximum curtain cloth height 230 cm(top 30 cm white colour net and 200cm light blue color as per approval) stitching with stifiner tape, pleats, ironing and laying around each bed using PVC runner with hooks & stopper for hanging/sliding etc. as per the direction of engineer in charge including conveyance to site, laying in line and level, sealing all cutting in false ceiling with powder coated MS cup, all leads and lifts including all labour charges etc. complete. SEMI AUTOMATIC NITROUS OXIDE CONTROL PANEL<br>Control panel should have two first stage regulators each capable of delivering 100 - 200 psi g outlet pressure.Both the first stage regulators in the nitrous oxide control panel should have non-halogenated polymer in the high pressure side to ensure that there will be no ignition due to adiabatic compression.40 micron filter should be provided at the inlet of each high pressure regulators of the nitrous oxide control panel.The first stage regulators should be connected to a common second stage regulator which will deliver an outlet pressure of 60 psi g.The first two regulators meant for first stage should be capable of switch over system incorporated from “RUNNING” to “RESERVE” bank due to differential pressure.The control panel should be provided for two individual content contact pressure gauges to indicate the cylinder pressure in the two wings of the manifold and common pressure gauge to indicate the delivery / line pressure.The control panel should have built in audio-visual signal lamp indications for bank changeover.
