Crate Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:All kinds of soil

Supplying & filling of quary stones into wire crates with wire of required dia anealed wire including hand packing tightly with tipping and tightning of crates with cost of crates.All inclusive with cost of material and labour involved, complete.

Supply and filling of Nallah muck/Quarry Muck/RBM/Khak Bajree from approved source to site of work incl. all carriages, leads/ lifts loading unloading, and compaction with 8-10knRoad roller to desired compaction

PAVEMENT

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads and lifts spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roler to acheive the desired density, complete as per specification and direction of engineer incharge with material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR value-30

Supply and stacking at site.Graded crushed stone aggregrate of size 53 mm to 22.4 mm (material to be supplied at site shall inclusive of voids,However finished quantity is given the estimate)

Supply and stacking at site.stone Screening of size 11.2 mm Nominal Size (Type -B) 22% Of crushed stone aggregrate.

Supply and stacing at site.Moorum (Binding Material) 08% Of crushed stone aggregrate.

Laying , Spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53 mm to 22.4 mm to WBM specification in uniform thickness, hand picking , rolling with 3 Wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming 11.2 mm nominal size Type- B Screening and binding material to fill up interstices of course aggregates , watering and compacting to the required density including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete)
