Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings of any descreption exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete.all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over item No 1 above for removing demolished materials etc. to a distance of 1.5 Km to 2.0 Km (beyond the lead included in the rates), including loading, unloading and stacking complete. Note:- Payment shall be made for actual quantity Measured vide item No 1 above.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar complete.

Excavating over area for removal black cotton soil, n.exc. 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Excavation over area n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation over area n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for morrum / red bajri filling in road / floors / paving etc laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, rolling & consolidating after filling with suitable compacting machine such as powered roller etc with watering, compaction shall be continue until the density achieved at least 98% of maximum dry density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including pilasters / cornices etc and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (exterior weather coat) in Camouflage pattern of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete. Make:- Asian Paints (Apex) or equivalent grade of make mention in Appx B

M&L for hardcore of broken stone boulder of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 200 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor / paving / hardstanding etc, & finish the surface fair & even complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring / path / hardstanding etc all specified and directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exc 8 tonnes and n.exc 12 tonnes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for soling or sub base of spread thickness 200 with broken stone bouldrs or quarried stone interstices filled surfaces formed or rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for item No 13 & 14:- Where soft / disintigrated or hard rock is met at site as sub grade, item for rolling to formation surface & solling will not be executet at site.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates granite / trap / basalt stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with using power roller exc 8 tonnes and n.exc 12 tonnes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) set in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick / concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without extra cement complete.

M&L for 100 mm thick Dry Lean concrete 07 days compresive strength 10 MPA using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mass concrete rolling and consilidating to a required gardients and camber, with cement contained not less than 150 Kg / Cum and, aggregate cement ratio shall not exc 15:1 complete all as specified and as diredted. NOTE :- The contractor is advidsed to acertain reqmt of cement as per mix desing before quoting the tender. Nothing shall be payable/admisible for any extra cement required as per design mix.

M&L for applying paving bitumen of grade VG 10 @ 3.5 Kg per 10 Sqm over DLC surface, applied with bitumen sprayer unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick dry river sand cushioning over sub base of any descreption all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for polythene film black 250 micron thick confirming to IS - 2508 laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PQC as in pavement / hard standing / road etc, not exceeding 250 mm thick of flexural strength 45 Kg / Sqcm with cement content 400 Kg / cum or as per design mix which ever is high including necessary steel formwork, including mixing only non circular sythetic fibres reinforcement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes :- (i) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

(ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.

(iv) No price adjustment shall be made if cement content used / approved more than specified above in the execution of work under this item. However minus price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of cement used / approved @ rate of Rs 7.40 (Rupees seven and paisa forty) per kg of cement.

(v) Supply only synthetic non circular / traingular fibres will be measured & paid seperatly under respective items of this schedule.

Supply only synthetic non circular / traingular fibres 12 mm long with circumcircle dia 30 to 35 micron design for melting point of 240 to 360 Degree Centigrade and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 at 1 kg per cum of cement concrete complete all as specified and as diredted by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Relaince equvallent make as approved by GE.

Finishing surface of PQC roads / pavements, by mechanicle brooming complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge..

M&L for forming construction / dummy joints 4 mm wide x 80 mm deep using daimond cutter within 48 hours from the time of casting PQC, and top 25 mm depth cut 10 mm wide as second cutting for provision of closed cell polyurethene back up rod 12 mm dia and sealed with pitch free pollyrethene grey sealent (minimum depth of sealent above back up rod shall be 12 mm), confirming to BS 5212 (type FB) priming the sides as recommended in manufacturers instruction and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidential spillage of sealent on top of the surface to give a neat finish to the sealent and removing the masking tap after sealent applied. The sealent should have MAF (+/-) and manufacturers warranty of 10 years as used in international Airport in India all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for forming construction joints 10 mm wide x 25 mm deep (using daimond cutter) provision of closed cell polyrethene back up rod 12 mm dai and sealed with pitch free pollyrethene grey sealent ( minimum depth of sealent above back up rod shall be 12 mm) confirming to BS 5212 (type FB) priming the sides as recomended in manufacrurers insrtuctions and applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidential spillage of sealent on top of the surface and give a neat finish to the sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent applied. The sealent should should have MAF (+/-) 30% and manufacturers warranty of 10 years as used in internaltional Airport in Indai all as specified and as dirested by Engr-in-charge

M&L for forming 12 mm thick Expansion joints filed with pre-formed bituminous filler board and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' for 100mm thick concrete slab.

M&L for Forming contraction joints (Dummy) in concrete pavement, 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide priming & fileld with sealing compound Grade 'A' all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Forming construction joints in concrete pavement, 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide, priming & fileld with sealing compound Grade 'A' all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for applying 2.00 mm thick road marking paint (retro-reflective with glass bends @ 250 gms per sqm) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Make: Asian / Berger / Nerolac Note: Thickness 2 mm shall be exclusive of glass beads as per IRC : 35
